PANTERA on VH1
« on: May 12, 2006, 11:06:10 AM »
I just watched Pantera's story on VH1...grabe sinira talaga ni Phil Anselmo ung band. Phil was so disrespectful to the band in the 90's because of drugs...There were times when Dime would tip toe on a room where Phil is...And that's how Phil used to have all the shackles on everybody....He was also so insecure of living in Dime's shadow...And he will, now that Dime is a legend.

In one interview way back before Dime was killed, Phil was also quoted saying "Dimebag deserves o be beaten." (Vinnie have copy of the taped interview)
So ayun, the bad blood bet the Abbott clan & Phil continues...

The interview had Jerry & Vinnie Abbott, Rex, Rita, Phil Anselmo, crew, manager, etc...
Guitars:Guild S-100, G&L Climax

OT:   http://www.rebelmeetsrebel.com/

Rebel Meets Rebel is a heavy metal/country crossover project with David Allan Coe on vocals, Dimebag Darrell on guitar, Vinnie Paul on drums and Rex Brown on bass. The project resulted in the self-titled album Rebel Meets Rebel. The music was written and recorded by the band when the musicians had time aside from their other projects, including Pantera's world tour supporting Reinventing the Steel.

The album was released on May 2, 2006, under Vinnie Paul's own label Big Vin Records, posthumously after Dimebag Darrell's murder in 2004.

Dimebag's last recording..  Pantera lineup except for Phil Anselmo.  meron ako di ko trip na vocalist si David Allan Coe.
