Ayofish..magandang patch cables? Zaolla.. kaso mahal   ..kasi silver yung core nito hindi katulad ng monster, mogami, etc etc na ofc ( oxygen free copper)...btw mas mahal ang mogami kesa sa monster cable... mga 5-8$ yata ang difference.

Boosted,

Unfortunately, Two Rock cables are not available in Manila.  They are also hard to find in the U.S. I got mine from Indoor Storm in North Carolina.

sir xavier

I was looking at Tara Labs cable, syet! May Kaso pala mga hung-hang na un, that they are outsourcing manufacturing overseas at nde made in US. Actually nde naman issue sa akin kung US made or nde, but the fact na nagsisinungaling company e iba na un  :x

No matter how much I try to convince myself that cables are cables, my Two Rock really sounds way way better than my Klotz.  I have been playing on the Klotz the past few days and the difference is NOT just EQ as some would like you to believe.  Personally, I think the Klotz sounds better and reacts better than George L's but what I am reading on this thread really does not comply with my reality.  The Two Rock sounds fuller as if more notes and more signal are hitting the amp.  It just sounds richer not just more frequencies.  Also, the notes are clearer and the attack is so bell like not trebly harsh.  Mas buo rin ang nota at hindi sabog. If you guys still think that there is a threshold on cables, I am saying based on my experience of one month with Two Rock it is really setting the baseline for me.  And I can say this because I own the cable and you guys cannot say anything negative against it until your try it for a month versus your current cable.

probably coz klotz suck (i have 3 though but i notice na its darker voiced than regular cables). George L's and planet waves for me.

But for the sake of ease of setup breakdown.. I am downgrading my cables to a cabling solution (parang IT ha). I just got a pedal snake and it should be here end of the month. Ill even run my amp switching and power thru it. 1 Cable to rule them all. WATTA DORK. lol

I use the 25 peso L-type heavy duty plugs from raon.  100 peso ready made cables from DIY Shop(Robinson's mall edsa).  Since mahirap maghanap nung cable mismo, pinutol ko na lang yun mga dulo ng galing sa DIY shop.  so far, maayos naman.  used it for recording, and live.  I use them for patch cables and main guitar cables.  cheap and effective.

regarding two-rock crystal clear cables..

Utilizing a dual 100% oxygen free solid copper signal conductor and floating shield, our cables offer extreme clarity and dynamics with minimal signal loss or degradation. Non-microphonic and noise-free, these cables are great for live or studio use

Quote
Two-Rock cable derives its sound first from superior components: the finest Neutrik connectors [which are very sturdy, look great, and sound slightly better than the switchcraft equivalent], 2 conductors of specially treated 18ga oxygen-free solid-core copper, and a Teflon jacket. This is combined in a design that utilizes a floating shield, which aids in passing the signal quietly, with the most volume and accuracy ever offered....

Cables
10' Inst. Cable $149.00
12' Inst. Cable $169.00
15' Inst. Cable $199.00
6' Spkr Cable $69.00

Okey ba ito?

Armoured Cable

  • Multi-strand copper core coaxial cable resists breakage and provides optimum maximum signal flow.
  • Oxygen-free copper braid provides the most effective shielding possible.
  • Square-lock flexible construction provides continuous strain relief throughout the cable.
  • Rugged stainless steel outer jacket resists shocks, chemical abrasion and external damage.
  • Conductive PVC layer.

Two Rock Crystal Clear and Van Den Hul Integrated Hybrid.  Both indispensable and both different.  They really both improve sound -- they add dimensionality and fullness.

Hi there...  where do you buy these plugs/connectors? I mean where in Raon?  Deeco's? have tried the Deeco's store in Ever Commonwealth, pero wala dun....  Plan to make patch cables using Klotz cable and those connectors.... although i already have Neutriks, i think these will be a better alternative not just because of the price but also because the L-Type of plugs are much flatter (if we are talking about the same plugs)...

tunog picks yan maks ah, hehe.

ako i use 2 sets, 2 pieces of klotz la grange with neutrik plugs (2 meters each) and 2 pieces of fender california cables (18 feet each)

i admit medyo hindi ganon kaganda yung california cables, nabawasan ng shimmer yung tone ng gitara ko. i plan to make 2 more klotz cables, this time longer, mga 4 meters, hehe. bitin ako sa 2 meters pala, hehe.
