2lbs a day? mabilis nga..
ako in one month na no pork, beef, cheese, rice, potatoes and puro tuna, salad, skyflakes at water therapy eh 12lbs lang natanggal ko.. well with a sedentary lifestyle ha and weekly basketball.. mahirap talaga magpapapayat..
height ko is 5'9 at ang ideal weight ko dapat is 140-150lbs based sa height/weight index but since malaki buto ko based sa inches ng wrist sa body mass eh dapat 160-170lbs ako (which is my weight way back college nung six-pack days ko)
last month ang timbang ko eh 212lbs (from 215lbs) then ngayon 200lbs nalang.. after one month of my diet program.. ang waistline ko noong six-pack days ko is 32inches.. ngayon eh 36inches na with matching 1 pack
ang plano ko eh hanggang end of january ang diet program ko at titingnan ko kung maabot kung uli yung ideal weight ko based on height/body mass index..
if mamentain ko ang 12lbs per month so I guess sa january 1 eh 188lbs nalang dapat ako.. then by february 1 eh should be 170lbs.. (sana) heheh
anghirap kasi kumain ng puro isda, century tuna, skyflakes at salad.. kawawa naman ako
