Arctic silver, Tuniq, are among the high end brands for thermal paste that for me are indulgence.  only for the hardcore gamer or overclocking boyz.

its nano silver/gold for me sa cdr king. he he.

I use Tuniq and have been very happy with it although applying it is not that easy because of the thickness of the thermal compound.

tapos check mo temp...acceptable for a dual core procy is at around 50-58 degrees celsius(take note, acceptable lang ha hindi yan yung optimal for hard core gaming mas iinit pa ulit yan) sa single core di ko sure kung ano...

-bad tower case ventilation
-consider cleaning the cpu fan na din
-you have some background programs that are causing cpu overload. check your task manager, clean your windows startup, etc.

yup case ventilation...  Intel recommends a front intake blower, while AMD recommends a fan at the back, below the power supply exhaust fan.  a side panel fan would also be nice, or a top blowhole also.  it depends also if you have a "hot" video card.

i test mo nga with the side panel open then check the temps, then point an electric fan and check again...
