hindi naman bro sa ganun, madami din gusto ng ZOOM kasi mejo swak sa budget & yung iba ginagamit for hybrid setup, using some modulations
Michael Amott, George Lynch, Richie Kotzen are ZOOM artists and users... they, we (& yes i know you got GNX4 and GT-10), as a musicians pros or cons mejo dun na nabiling yung kagustuhan sa ZOOM... ika nga lagi ng iba kanya kanyang preferences lang yan    

even me , myself & I , i like ZOOM   i bought 505 to 606 - 4040 - G1X , and now i want G2.1u ehehehe sabihin ng cheap or whatever, hindi naman sa walang budget, pero mejo praktikal lang ika nga ehehehe ... peace

I like Zoom pedals as well. though hindi madali mag tweak, it would give you a great sound pag natweak mo na maayos. a big plus would be the price as well. seriously, I'm GASing for that new G2.1Nu...or a Boss ME25.

sorry to offend you, pero ang di ko lang gusto sa zoom ay paano nila imanufacture yung units nila para cost cut ng production line. di ba unfair naman yung sa mga buyers after they buy a unit from them ay di nagtatagal ang unit specially the parts used inside like tactswitch and the dpdt switches, glitch sa IC's, mostly complaints ng mga bumibili ng units simula sa unang zoom 505 up to current. peace  hopefully mas ok ito

i dont know kung mahina talaga quality ng ZOOM footswitches... i bought ZOOM 505 year 2001 in Raon + 4K worth of Raon electric guitar, binigay ko yun sa brother ko then dinala nya sa Italy, until now & currently he still use both of them, araw araw nakaka chat ko lagi ko tinatanong condition nung 505 + guitar, OK na OK daw , wala pang sira yung mga tunog or yung 2 footswitch, kasi ginagamit nila for sideline tumutugtog for 150 euro / occasion, sabi ko bah panalo pala Zoom, tubong tubo na, kaya ayun masasabi ko

May lumang model  din ako ng zoom  yung 1010 kaso sold na a weeks ago..haha! pero ang masasabi ko lang,
panalo pa din yun! ok naman kasi yung mga lumang  model nila lalo na pag MIJ.

Pero inaabangan ko din tong g2.1nu.. nagimprove yung lcd plus yung habol ko na features.

tocksitch lang naman papalitan di ba kapag nasira yung switch merun nun sa raon kaya madali lang din if ever masira ako lang nagaayus ng switch ng zoom ko eh wala naman akong problema

astig! i'm a zoom user, even now nakahalo xa sa ibang analog peds ko. though i only had the 707ii, I Had no problems tweaking it esp. its led display is up to 5 characters plus 2 character led display (you know what i mean). my bro has a b2.1u, this one i'm having problem tweaking it, coz of the 2 character led display. ang hirap idetermine ung settings kasi abbreviated ung mga effect type. and may problem minsan sa pag switch ng banks, mejo di responsive. hopefully di mabasa bro ko to hehe kasi ako nagbgay ng b2.1u. kaya i'm still liking the 707ii, but after seeing the new model, ang ganda ng display. hopefully maganda din ung changes ng tunog for some.

ako din di rin ako nagkaproblem sa zoom ko dati which is g2.1, matagal tagal din bago ko binenta yun. nasa paggamit nalang talaga yan eh hehe, at ngayon gusto ko try to mukang promising yung mga specs na nakalista sa site nila haha

I've owned several ZOOM multi-effects before... 707II, GFX8, G1, G2.1ut, and G7.1ut... wala din ako naging problema sa kanila. I'm looking forward to these new batches of ZOOM products!

I just hope they fixed the issue regarding the footswitches. Those damn things break easily.
