2nd-hand Guitars @ PC Park Japan in Makati Cinema Square --- ok ba?

Do a lot of you here know this place? They've got 2nd hand bass and electric guitars for 4-5K. They also have amps, a few keyboards, acoustic guitars and afaik all the products are 2nd-hand shipped from Japan.

Na-diskubre ko lang ito last weekend. Meron ba ditong may experience sa pagbili ng musical instruments dun? Does anyone have positive or negative feedback?

I saw a couple of Aria Pro II Magna guitars that look good although I'm not an expert in testing guitars so I don't know how reliable the products are.

Aria Pro tsaka Fernandes lang naaalala ko ser eh. Sabi nila may mga dumadating daw na Gibson at Fender pero wala naman ako nakita, sabi pinakyaw daw ng regular customers... O.o

wala naman akong nakitang Gibson or Fender dun...pero ang alam ko puro MIJ yung mga products nila dun.  based on looks, majority of the guitars are not in good shape.  yung mga magaganda siguro, napakyaw na ng ibang tao.  i think if you want to find a good guitar there, you should test around 60% of the stuff there.

nope..marami din electronic products dun (laptops, speakers, etc.) tsaka parang may mga bikes pa.

joke?! Never ako nakakita ng gibson dun mukhang sinabi lang para bumalik talaga mga tao dun.  May nakita ko dati squier pero never fender. I pass this store almost everyday. Mostly workable guitars nandun. Workable meaning may mga dapat ayusin/adjust/palitan. Kung ok ba yung mga guitars? Di masasagot yan kasi iba iba condition ng mga binebenta nila. May iba na mas ok na bumili ka na lang ng bago may iba naman na pwedeng pwede pa.

meron din silang matitinong gamit dun pag mey bagong shipment. mey ilang photogenic tska mga matitinong yamaha pero hindi pa ko nakakakita ng fender at gibson.

ang prublema sa kanila, pinapa-auction na nila yung mga branded ngayon, dati hindi eh, naka-sale lang lahat dun, nakasabit, mey Tele pa nga na fernandes dun 6k tapos bali yung neck.

parang ukay ukay ng gitara, chambahan lang.

kwento ng kaibigan ko na bumili ng Legend LP (strat? ewan ko): nung nagtanung siya kung meron pang bagong dating na stock, dinala siya sa isang kwarto sa likod na madaming nakatambak na guitars. madami daw nakakahon pa, mukhang hindi pa nabubuksan ng personnel. Hindi daw ata sila naglalabas ng bagong stock hangga't walang nabibili dun sa naka-display.

ewan ko kung tutuo yun.  ok naman daw yung guitar niya.

re: their stock, I'd expect to have to replace everything: bridge, pickups, tuners, etc. Ang importante, yung kahoy dapat acoustically resonant. You can test this just by strumming, even unplugged. If it feels dead when you strum it, put it down and move on to the next guitar.

matagal ko nang gustong bumili dito kaso baka may hidden problems yung guitara...last year pa

Been a while since I posted but just to share. Since it's near my place....

I purchased a Yamaha J-25 amp 2 months back. So far no issues and great condition. They have a bunch of Yamaha and fernandes amps. Saw a squier and a small roland practice amps.

I saw a pink Ibanez guitar for sale at about 8k a few weeks ago. Last time I was there they had stocks of black Fernandes tele's, Photogenic LP's, Aria superstrats, and a bunch of no name strats hanging from the ceiling.

You really have to rummage through their stock and really test out the guitars as some of them are in bad condition but Im sure may nakakakuha din dyan ng sweet deals.

Ung mga nakita ko my mga tama na mga gitara eh d yta maayos pgkkship mga gitara, tska tlgang mga second hand na. puro mga japan brands lang pero one time nkkita ko Ibanez gio alam ko china un. pero tingin tingin ka lang my makikita ka din maayos nman mga strat type madami.

saw a fender mij tele before, not reissue though standard lang nung bago palang sila it was sold for 8k then medyo tumaas narin sila ok lang pag may sale minsan buy 1 take 1, if your looking for brandnew like iguitars this is not the place for you, but if looks doesnt matter then panalo ang pcpark

nakakita ako dun ng greco lp eh. marami ngang fernandes dun. nagtry ako ng ferandes tele. ok naman siya.

para sa mga tulad ko na di magaling kumilatis ng gitara, anu yung mga parts na dapat ko observe maigi kung ok pa yun or di na? and more or less magkano gagastusin sa mga repairs?

browsed here kanina, halos majority ng guitars may mga tama na yung body kaya naturn-off ako. sayang kasi MIJ nga. i haven't tested any of the guitars, though.

galing ako dun kahapon, I was hoping maka tyempo ako ng Greco or Aria Pro na ES-335 o kahit ano mang semi-hollow guitars..

marami ngang tama ang mga gitara at yung iba eh parang kinabitan lang ng strings at isinabit dun, almost 80% eh kakailanganin mong dalhin sa luthier bago gamitin, pero oks na rin at yung presyo naman nila eh pang barag na gitara na.. madaming fernandes, photogenic tsaka aria pro.. yung iba di ko alam kung anong tatak yun, may mga bass guitars din at karamihan ng mga mejo ok ang condition eh mga bass guitars.

meron ding mga acoustic, napansin ko lang eh mga classical guitar yung iba dun pero "steel" strings ang nakakabit.. (so for sure tutungo ang neck nun) meron ding mga keyboards na mura and ofcourse mga mini-amplifiers na 10-15-20watts.. walang malalaki akong nakita (o baka nakatago lang)
