Nine Inch Nails song na Hurt is pretty depressing even Johnny Cash said that it's the most depressing song about drugs he has heard and covered.

Pero downers talaga ang AIC, lalo na sa melody at voicing ni Cantrell at Layne Staley. I used to listen to their songs back in my Junkie Days :twisted:

GOTH/Doom Metal: Within Temptation, Theatre of tragedy, amorphis (elegy album) leaves eyes etc....

sa alternative: alice in chains, stp (esp core album), aimee mann, Sarah Harmer/weeping tile, portshead...etc..

funny why no one has mentioned deftones yet, hehe. for me that's the most depressing band, hehe. ang lungkot ng music nila, you cant understand the lyrics, pero yung mga riffs, melodies lang nila and beat is enough to get you suicidal, hehehe. not that i'm suicidal or anything, hehe.

yup i agree with alice in chains... nakakalungkot yung rooster na song, hehe. fave album ko sa kanila dirt. next fave ko jar of flies, hehe.

ayaw ko ng Doom metal.  kakaantok. isa lang nagustuhan ko yung Confessor.  Early 90's band na nagreform ulit ngayon..  ganda ng boses ng vocalist.  parang babae ang taas ng boses hehe. slow paced songs tapos yung drummer ang galing parang nasa ibang banda tumutugtog  :twisted:

Scorpions. -When i hear their stuff in commuter vehicles, i get very depressed. especially when i forget to pack my 'phones with me for the protection of my senses.

Bjork- i love her to bits, and i like the way her music caresses you to depression.

sa foreign...hmmm..i dunno maybe oasis ang haba masyado ng kanta...all you can hear is a lot of noise/feedbacks! on local scene...hahaha pupil parang ely was trying to fit into the music scene...parang nung una they're the mongols even changing ely's name into whatever tapos ngayon pupil naman hehehe he also denies his first band eraserheads...c'mon ely boy your with a band not in a one man band! :lol:  and definitely cueshe! hahahaha! walang ginawa kundi mag-ayos ng longback habang kumakanta! :lol:  i dunno kung depressing ang mayonaisse they're magaling si paga except for the lyrics of their songs ewan ko in my part there's something wrong sa lyrics pero astig sa musicality galing...

especially the wish you were here album. pucha, nakakadepress yung shine on you crazy diamond, their tribute to syd barret.

plus, ung mga adlib ni david gilmour sa shine on you crazy diamond and sa comfortably numb, it's like he's poking you and wouldn't stop until you die of depression..
