Sebago vs Sperry, what do you think guys?

I've been looking sa shops and online reviews, bakit mas marami na ang negative reviews ng Sperry? Considering it's the original.

Masakit sa paa yang sebago, mas mabigat kasi saka mas matigas yung leather saka swelas nya. Id go for sperry, i've had 2 of the same model, pinalitan ko sya dahil nagmukhang luma kasi laging nababasa pag naglalakad sa ulan dati, pero it can last pa naman, it was my everyday shoe. yung light brown with white soles na authentic original 2-eye madaming binabagayan na jeans, specially darker jeans. those shoe are the most comfortable i've owned.

I have an irrational hate towards boat shoes. yun kasi ang uso sa mga dootsbag sa school (actually basta yung mga uber yaman na conyo na 100% pure mayabang tapos ang kapares ay b@yag shorts, crocagator polo shirt, at 100K worth na belo products and services sa inner layer ng balat nila).

but indeed they are comfy

^Badtrip nga eh nasira reputation ng boat shoes eh no. Pero when you read about sa history, classic shoes talaga.

Actually yun yung gusto ko sa Sebago eh, baka dahil mas matigas, mas matagal yata magmukang luma. Bumili kasi ako ng panregalo ng Sebago. Ngayon, naiinggit ako gusto ko na rin bumili para sa sarili ko. haha, thinking of buying either Sebago para same kami ng gf ko, or Sperry just to compare kung alin mas gaganda habang tumatagal.

Ako din, dati ayoko sa boatshoes with this same reason.

But they're like a shoes for every occasion (or ako lang). Kasal, church, camp, work, school, bakasyon, walwal, date. so yeah.

Actually mas mukhang elegant yung gawa ng sebago pero dahil nga mas matigas saka mas mabigat, binigay ko sa tatay ko. yung mga sperry i can san na parang sporty? though i dont use one now, maganda din yung navigator ng sperry, but you have to change the inner soles to make it comfortable, yan naman ang everyday shoe ko ngaun.

Hindi pala ako malinaw dun sa tanong ko. I was talking about their specific classic models topsider(a/o) vs the docksides. Pareho kasing maganda, hirap pumili. hahaha.

And sa ibang models di nagkakalayo.

Amp yung swatch dati akala ko same company dun sa watch maker!

for me yes, they look better as they age, wag lang madalas mabasa para hindi magmukhang luma. depende siguro sa color na kukunin mo kung aayon sa pag luma nya. plus ika nga you can use it on almost any occasion. and it can compete with my chucks kung sa patagalan. lol i even wash it sa washing machine.
