bawas lang ng carbs,eat healthy foods,more fruits and vegetables instead of eating junk foods.syempre exercise.waist line ko dati pinaka malaki I think umabot ng 42" - 43" 200lbs.+ timbang ko dati.nag gym ako from August 2008 - March 2009 tapos natigil pero tuloy pa rin work out,exercise sa bahay.

lost 28 pounds din..from just losing the rice at meals...or minimizing it...and no softdrinks, chichiria, pork fat, chicken skin and the likes kung kaya...veggies and fruits are good...and l-carnitine....
after losing 20 pounds chka ako pumasok sa gym....
i feel good ryt now.....do the same...
mahirap pero...kaya...pag nasanay ka...yr god to go..
i was a size 34...now i had to pa-adjust my jeans...to a size 28...pag skinny a...hehe...
