^ Hindi ko yan nababagsak o anu man, maingat talaga ako sa gamit. Yung nauna kong pedal na gibraltar 6611 walang umaalog na ganyan sa joint ng connecting rod, take note, mas una pa yun na pedal ko, at "hanggang ngayon" "mas madalas ko gamitin" yun dahil mejo nasanay na din ako dun dahil nga 1st dpeds ko yun.. Naniniwala akong factory defect ito kaya sana may magawa kayo bro Carlo. I will wait for your reply bro, thanks.

Ganyan din ang IC ko. I ordered mine sa US back in 2003 or 2004. Nabasa ko somewhere dati sa net na sakit ito ng halos lahat ng sikat na double peds at that time, except for a few (like some Gibraltars). I don't know lang for new ones, hindi pa kasi ako nakakapagresearch ulit about double pedals recently.

honestly, i am of the belief that if you suck, the brand of the pedal/s you use won't matter. thomas lang uses sonor pedals and he's probably faster than some people who use axis/trick pedals.

with that said, i don't think that the addition of the cobra coil alone would make you faster in the long run since technique is the most important thing once you reach a plateau/threshold/barrier. (ie. i don't think the new IC would instantly give me +4bpm.)

BUT of course feel is an important aspect in choosing a pedal. if you like the feel of something, you don't have to work as hard as you would compared to using something you don't like.

in short my advice is to test the latest IC's with and without the cobra coil. it's up to you to decide if saving money or having the "best" feel for you is important.

*personally i'd go for a new one if i had the cash. just because it's NEW. hehe. and i'd be able to fit in cobra coils, and remove them if i don't like the feel of it.

pero kung on a budget talaga, 2nd hand nalang. you can always tweak the settings to achieve the feel you want. i bought my IC's 2nd hand and i'm still flying. i don't regret the purchase.

yup bro, an upgrade from IC jr. New plate design, new powerglide cams, slots for cobra coils, and another slot for toe stoppers.
