Make others aware.. SHARE! Wag bumili ng kotse sa PEAK MOTORS ABAD SANTOS! na hassle ka na peperahan ka pa... or wag na bumili ng MITSUBISHI MIRAGE G4. NAPAKAWALANG KWENTANG SERBISYO. BNEW CAR 4X Engine error ang mirage ko in 5 months at hanggang ngayon di pa inaayos kasi nga NAKA WELGA daw sila. Ako daw ang kailangan mag adjust para sa kanila! nag email na ako sa main ng mitsubishi at ito ang kwento...

my unit is still having an engine error up to now. I think I don't deserve this kind of service from Mitsubishi.

April 2017 - Engine error, a problem in burnt wire harness going to the cylinder.
May 16, 2017 - unit towed because of the same engine error.
May 16, 2017 - unit jerking and engine error and took 10 days to be fix and last 2 days to work. what kind of service is this?
June 2, 2017 - had the same engine error. they reset the computer box and they told me it will be fine. then the next day it had the same error.
June 4, 2017 - Engine error again, They checked it and said that the catalytic needs replacement and they want me to adjust my schedule according to what fits their schedule. really? this kind of customer service?
June 10, 2017 - still no parts available and they need to hook it again to the diagnostic machine for warranty claims. after that engine error again.
June 17-24, 2017 - they told me that I need to wait for them to go back in full operation because of the employees protest they don't want to work. (Mitsubishi must be joking, your customers need to suffer in your internal problems?)
and finally today there is still no update when will my car fix. thanks for your very incompetent service. I deserve a replacement unit!
NOTE: See attached screen shot e-mail last July 26, 2017, for your reference regarding the technical report you are asking from them that they don't like to make and claiming that the unit is ok.
Not need to mention what they did to me last May 2017 when my car stopped and needs towing because of the engine error. And please take note what they did to me, see this SMS screen shots for your reference. they are sucking money from me and claiming that the main cause of the problem is the fuel. but earlier before I go there the CS told me that they part to check the fuel and there is no problem from the fuel nor the fuel lines. And when they want me to pay for the cleaning and the service charge. Really? It is very clear that there is a problem in the catalytic or any parts in the car that needs to replace if you check the history of the repair. Why do they need to claim that there is no problem with the car and sucks money from me?
