LCD TV - getting one this week

SM appliances has em. Cheap. Brand is Sanyo. 32" HDMI ready. Also getting a Pioneer DVD/HDMI ready player. Here's the price breakdown:
Sanyo 32" = 25k 1 year to pay/card.
               = 20k Cash.

DVD player = 3k cash. I don't think there's an option for monthly payments.

What do you guys think? Ever tried these before?

get an LG.. i think they're one of the superior makers when it comes to LCD.. good quality too! get the one with Full HD! if you can spare a lil bit of moolah!

maganda din LG maliwanag ang LCD. may mga promos din sila with home theater. ok din ang samsung at panasonic. kung may budget sony ka na lang sir.

mura na talaga lcd tvs ngayon. im planning to get one din kahit yung Devant lang ireregalo ko sa lola ko..

@Turi - kung kukuha ka ng player, yung Philips na Bluray na mura lang din. para kung magmura man ang Bluray movies, hindi  mo na kelangan mag upgrade pa.

mine's a samsung 37" 1080p fullHD. medyo sinuwerte ako dahil ang original price nya is 55k, then abensons told me that they're cutting off that 55k to 44k. good deal na yon. BUT WAIT! another store gave it to me for 34k. this sold like 5-10 of that model a day. in 3 days ata i think 25 nung TV na yun ang nabenta nila. then ubos agad.

+ 1, got one sa bahay. sony gets all the hype but LG shouldn't be overlooked. plus love the sound quality.

^yup. Listening in Style ata yung pangalan nung store. Mga high-end home theater equipment yung binebenta nila so marunong talaga sila sa quality ng picture, acoustics and stuff. BTW, dahil ok kausap yung tao dun, binigyan pa ako ng free HDMI cable worth 950.

Nice!!! Is there a REAL difference with gold vs 'nickel/silver' ang connectors mo sa HD cables?

yup. familiar. pero i wanted to stick to pmusic. member din ako jan to sell vovox and van den hul audio/video cables. lol. walang bumili. ang mamahal eh. hahahaha
