I don't know any of the models in particular. And of course, sound is subjective.
I would like to suggest a criteria to help you choose. Since they are all multi-fx, try to find one that will make it easy for you to select the patches. Look at LED displays, changing settings on the fly, and how you can move up and down on the patches.
To cite an example. I have two multis. A Digitech RP3 (yeah, vintage...) and a Zoom G2.1u. Both have their quality of tones, distinct.
The RP3 is cumbersome when in comes to making patches. But I can move between patch 01 to 12 in three "stomps". And the best part of this stomp box is when I can go to patch mode wherein I can turn on and off the distortion, mod/pitch and delay effect.
The Zoom is a breeze in patch settings. Has amp modeling, lightweight and will run on batteries. But go from patch 01 to 12 requires eleven "stomps".
One feature neither has is the patch "name". All they have is numbers. Hard to remember.
