This one's for my dad.

Venue: Headstock Bar (Corner of Quezon and Araneta Avenues) There's a amp and pic in this link http://talk.philmusic.com/board/index.php/topic,195238.75.html

Time: 6pm onwards. I'm expecting this to be a 3hr Workshop at the very least, based on the coverage of topics.

What to expect / discussion points:

I. Exercises, Co-ordination, Goal Setting etc. This will be all about foundation stuff.
II. Technique. It'll run the gamot from the basic stuff all the way to advanced usage. Dirty tricks will be examined too.
III. Phrasing. It'll be a deep dive on this topic. i hope for this to be ear-opening.
IV. Open Forum I'll take a swing at your questions and try to answer them. I'd like to gently remind everyone that I am human

V. Time to jam!
VI.Bands

Turi has been gracious to volunteer some goodies for a raffle towards the end of the workshop proper. your ticket gives you the opportunity take take more stuff home

No minimum skill level required. The method for presenting these topics will be all-encompassing.

What to bring:
- bring your axe if you wish. get the stuff under your fingers, keep it warm until the end jam.
- hand outs will be provided, but i encourage everyone to bring something to scribble on. don't wait until the workshop to find out why

- yes, you may take pics and vids. but you'll have to promise that you won't post the lesson stuff on the web. I'd like dibs on copies too, for posterity purposes.

Fee is pegged at P250, and is inclusive of a drink, a snack and a raffle ticket.

this is it. by the way, some additional good news, the next day Aug. 30 is a declared holiday!!!

so there's no worry if people want to stay late for the jamming and just hang around at the bar.

I'm ok with that if it's for personal use, but in actuality, i dont think I can regulate it

but i'll also have to inquire with the organizers if they plan to take footage, coz that would be more convenient.

100% bossing personal use lang.Not for duplication.Gusto ko lang himayin mabuti about the theories and method na hindi ko maiintindihan. Di ko rin po pahihiram coz 100% di na maibabalik yun.Wala po ako balak na burn it to DVD sa PC lang po.Thanks po.
