PM cannot be accessed.. please help..

Well im not a newbie here at PM. I just bought a laptop with Windows 7. I am using IE 7 i think, and sometimes google chrome. I'm just wondering why I cant access PM there. WHenever I go to the website, it's giving me an error that i should access cached page, or something like that. What should I do? Thanks in advance..

type mo ito pagewash.com
then type mo yung address ng philmusic for ex. talk.philmusic.com
if ever di pa din gumana. sobrang busy ng server ng philmusic wait mo lang makakapasok ka din.
