The TS obviously, has not heard a lot of VH songs. You can never compare "Tech Diff." to "Eruption", simply because the former is well, in fact, a complete song, while "Eruption" is more of a skill showcase.

Now, here's the thing, EVH can definitely and absolutely nail "Technical Difficulties" effortlessly, but, I don't think PG can capture the emotion, let alone play the way EVH played "Respect the Wind".

With due respect, Mr. guitarwiz02, I have all the albums of EVH and I've listened to almost all of his songs. I'm just saying that I find PG's playing more musical and I enjoy his songs more.  :-)

I don't listen much to EVH's music because the thing is, when I started to play the guitar seriously, PG and the other G3 guys are the ones who's on stage, so obviously, my vote goes to PG.. because I literally grew up watching him  :-D , but this doesn't mean that PG is better than EVH or vice versa, come on guys, guitar world will not be this interesting if our heroes possesses the same power (Imagine all dragon ball characters doing only Kame-hame wave during their fights..  :roll:)

PG din po ang vote ko, kahit si guthrie govan pa ang pagpipilian, PG pa rin, mas nadadala ako sa playing niya eh. Knowing all the licks in the world is not enough, it all boils down to how the player plays it.

Personal taste ko yan ha! (walang pakielaman) hindi ako nagco-compare ng musician!!! I know they have different way of doing their stuff!
