sir paano ang security sa western union? how are you sure that its shipped as promised? kasi sa online stores pa lang ako nag try.

why not use western union ?

western union is risky due to fraud concerns. i'd advise its use only if you are sure that the seller is trustworthy. there's no way you can have the cash back, you could file with IC3 an international complaint, but that's a hassle. the best method would be a bank-to-bank arrangement wherein a check will be issued in the domestic currency. that way, the cash has a path that can be traced incase the crap hits the fan.

tiwala lang.. malas mo lang talaga pag tinakbuhan ka eheheh awa naman ni Lord hindi pa nangyari sakin... kausapin mo muna yung seller tawagan mo through phone.. mag long distanca ka or kung may kamag anak ka sa US patawagan mo.. to make sure di fraud yung account.. tignan mo rin yung mga user ratings sa seller nung ibang ebayer.. kung suspicious yung mga ratings wag mo na ituloy.. kung mukhang relaiable naman yung mga user na nag re rate sa kanya kc makikita mo rin yung ratings nung mga nag rate sa seller mismo..

I use bidpay. Out of at least a dozen sellers whose items I've inquired about, isang beses lang ako tinanggihan sa bidpay.

they accept credit cards and/or debit cards as long may visa/mastercard logo....

maganda sa paypal, madaming online businesses na gumagamit...hindi lang ebay...also musicians friend....

and walang charges to your checking account.as is.

dati, may inorder akong ps2 from a buyer....medyo matagal bago ma-deliver kasi independent seller ang gagah.

anyway...sa paypal, as long as confirmed ang address mo...have a checking account....wether your a buyer or a seller,you cant go wrong.

paypal din madalas gamitin ngayon dito sa states.....try niyo.made lots of purchases thru paypal.com, wala pang pumalpak.

they only accept credit cards issued by some countries.  sadly, the philippines isn't on that list.

well then ....i have no good suggestions then...

but still....if you have a debit card with a visa or mastercard logo...then you can order from ebay regardless.

kasi having a visa or mastercard logo enables you to use your checking account to pay for online purchases....ung charges sa account mo, maliit lang if not not existent.

i know a friend of mine who resides here in california, who paid for our beers when we were in pasig...he used his washington mutual atm/debit card....may mastercard logo sya...walang extra charge kahit international.
