IBANEZ NEW Edge-Zero II bridge w/ZPS3Fe

Features and Advantages

1:  Installation of the zero point system in the Edge Zero II makes tuning easier and faster as well as providing stable tuning for long performances, all while maintaining smooth tremolo playing. Loss of tuning is kept to a minimum even when a string breaks. For players that prefer a full floating system, simply remove the stop bar.

2:  ZPS (Zero Point System)

No friction points make the ZPS the smoothest Ibanez Back Stop ever.
An additional outer pair of springs provides easier tuning and better tuning stability than the traditional floating tremolo-plus the other strings will remain in tune if a string breaks.

3:  Switchable To Floating Trem

One of the best ZPS features! Just remove the stop bar and the ZPS easily changes to floating trem operation.

4:  Manually Adjustable Spring System

Spring tension can be quickly set by thumb. There's no need for a hex wrench.

I THINK ALL NEW IBANEZ 350 SERIES COMES WITH    Edge-Zero II bridge w/ZPS3Fe...

LOL :-D
BTT: i think that proper setup is all you need for trem's to stay in tune :-)
the added feature of making it fixed or floating does have its benefits :-D

havent tried it, but I have tried the Tremol-no which is quite similar to what ibanez's edge zero II bridge :-)

I would recommend this for the people who wanna drop tune while playing :-o

Di ko sure sa ZPS3, kasi ang alam ko eto yung pinaka-major flaw ng Edge Zero sa bagong Prestiges. Kailangan daw itong alisin para bumalik sa perfect tuning yung gitara after a pullup, kasi may mali daw sa pagkakagawa, or something.

nope it doesnt need to be removed after a pull up. my egen18 is equipped with edge zero with zps3 and as a trem abuser myself the tuning really stays stable even after the abuse even with its full floating mode. idk about the edge zero II with zps3fe. i just found out that it is made of lesser quality substitute materials.. the zps3FE is made of iron.

I think the EGEN has a different ZPS3 design compared to "normal" Prestiges. I've seen numerous people complain about this on jemsite. BTW have you tried measuring tuning against a tuner before and after extreme whammy abuse? Dun daw kasi nalalaman yung tuning stability.

it has the same zps3 design sir although it has a full floating factory setup. maybe at the jemsite they are complaining about the zps2 which i know that has a tuning stability issue. and yes sir. i have measured the tuning after trem use (i'm a tuning freak) i even checked the intonation.

good to hear sir. :) I like the EGEN18 :D

But I'm kinda stubborn with this :)) I'm still a loyalist of the older Edge bridges :P

it almost have the same feel as the edge pro and edge bridge. i recommend you try it..:-D my greatest fascination on bridges with zps3 is when you have a string break. the tuning will not change drastically.
