That. Except Gibson bought Epiphone. LTD was mainly under ESP. LTD's are made in Korea, Indonesia, China, and even Vietnam. While ESP's are manufactured in Japan only. LTD Elites will be on a different discussion since they are LTD's, but are made in Japan.

I use an ESP/LTD, but honestly don't know the meaning of it aside from it being so good. lol

I know. Pero ang tinatanong ko, yung particular part na sinabi ang kahulugan ng LTD ay "Limited". Kasi yung pinost mo, copy paste lang sa ibang forum.

nope...it all means they discontinued almost all except the 3 standard series model you saw on the site....ain't that cool

Nope there were a lot of models included in the Standard line from the Simple M-I to my favorite EX Series.
I've heard rumors all LTDs will be manufactured in Japan from now on so basically they're phasing out the current Indonesia(tama ba? ) models

That will be the LTD Elite. But rumor has it that previous LTD models will be discontinued. Just a marketing strategy, I think. My Eclipse is discontinued. Not that it bothers me.

Sabi sa taas Limited daw eh. Gusto mo isipin mo na lang na yun nga meaning.

Btw, the statement "401 series and below are made in Indonesia" is not accurate. My EC-400 is made in Korea. Lucky me. Honestly, it feels waaaay better than the higher models I've tried. The looks of the guitar is not a head-turner, but feel and sound-wise, this is the best I ever had. Siguro naligaw to na deluxe model.
