any recommendation for starters?
sa day 1 ba simulan ko lang sa 1 round sprint sa oval track dito samin? (marikina sportscenter)
or kalahati lang muna or 2 rounds and more?
and anong diet mo sir?
i really need to lose weight na din kasi payo na din ng doctor,
and paonte na ng paonte ang mga damit na nasusuot ko haha,

for starters, you can do a running program just like this:
• Warm-up for 3-4 minutes at a fast walk or light jog
• Interval 1 - run at 8.0 mi/hr for 1 minute
• Interval 2 - walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes
• Interval 3 - run at 10.0 mi/hr for 1 minute
• Interval 4 - walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes
• Repeat those 4 intervals 4 times for a very intense 20-minute workout.
Please do remember to run at your own pace. You can do this once a week. The other three days of training should be weight lifts and the other three days should be your rest day. You need to recover every after training day. That's my recommendation. I don't want to be a [sausage] here. I am just a sports enthusiast.
