Meaning you replied with YOUR OWN flame bait.  Same diff, gobots.  If you ignored his flame bait, which you bit, it would have degraded into what it is now, therefore you wouldn't have had the need to create this thread.  I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you didn't know fm55's tactics, owing to the fact that you are "fairly new" here.  I'm not a GC regular, but, fm55 is quite known at AGT.

as far as your posts are concerned, well...

correction po.

ang sinagot ko sa kanya "hindi ka naman magaling. period. maskisino masmagaling sayo."

I pointed the flame back to him and that's when he bit

"you and me January 2012, bikini open tayo"

You will never hear me say "magaling ako", in fact I got into a hot bath on another thread for calling myself less than mediocre.

Natawa ako sa bikini open!

regardless of who bit who. IMO it's time to hear FM55's gear in a live situation. No need for additional animosity.

It's amazing how much Alex can still incite without even trying.

Because <certain> people who take him too seriously keep biting.  Deltaslim wised up, because he realized the futility of it.

hahaha oo! things haven't changed

And although i agree with sir matanglawin that it is not worthwhile when you bite FM55's bait, i still admit to getting really interested when someone
Bites it and the other basically says " suntukan tayo next year!"

Yeah, but that does not preclude my continued interest in seeing a change in attitude from him and others. I actually thought he's becoming more sensible and "centrist", but all these fighting/trolling is driving him back into extremism again.

Maybe GC should have a primer on fm55 so that the relatively newer members don't bite his bait.

I always see Alex as a spoiled kid with a new toy that does nothing but brag about it, not being sensible enough to see how other kids feel. Maybe he won't change, he will never grow up.

Then it is also stands to reason to stop seriously taking people who take Alex seriously.

As bad as it looks like today, it doesn't hold a candle to what happened a few years ago here, and even more so earlier than that in livebands, where someone really threatened Alex with bodily harm. Sabihan ba naman na aabangan siya sa kalye papunta sa shop ng isang luthier. While admittedly fun to talk about by those with no love for the man, it was totally uncalled for. So, I can see where Joric is coming from when he thought the man had mellowed a bit.

I never took him seriously here in PhilMusic, despite all the arguments I had with him, many of which I prolonged on purpose so I can collect more material (veteran members will know what I'm talking about). It was fun for a time. The only side effect that I couldn't accept was that my name had become intertwined with his in the forum. I didn't feel I hit a low point when I read what his defenders had to say about me, but when the hecklers and the fence sitters started to closely associate him with me. Like, pag bumanat na naman si oasgomez (his first nick), may gatungero na babanat ng nasan na si Al? I hated that. So, I decided to stop.

Joric took a different path a bit later (which led to the duel thing), but the same lesson was learned.

It's easier to just ban him again. It's ridiculous to make such an accommodation for a troll even by current standards here, unless siya yung may ari ng forum.

Not a primer but I think some people find this useful for grief-free PhilMusic forum life.
