Ung clean.channel.ng ht5 ko mahina na even at noon and napansin ko nabawasan din ung gain on.the od channel. Is it.time.to change the tubes? Nung nakaraan kasi lumakas.ung clean sound.from.the usual then after a.few days eto.humina na.ulit katulad dati. Help.guys

Same thing happened to me. Hindi tubes yung problem. Some electrical components inside the amp had to be replaced.

Had it repaired sa audio amplified libis. Tabi lang halos ng causeway resto. Pm me if u want the number of the technician

Service ok pero price medyo pricey.

Previously repaired na kasi yung ht5 ko. Mali daw ang values ng electrical compinents na pinalit. Hindi yung stock values.

Can I connect this in a cabinet like a normal HT-5R Head? Same kasi sila ng specs sa website. I think the only the difference between them is that this, amp in the link I provided, is a tube combo having 2x10" Celestion speaker. Celestion which also I consider. What I want is a head that I can connect to a 1x12 or 4x12 cabinet? Can I connect it like a normal head?

Bypass ang 2x10 pag gagamit ka ng ibang cab. So, pwede maging head lang ang gamit mo sa combo amp

Hi mysmileyface. I understand your situation. I had this intention before. I'd recommend buying a head na lang talaga if your intention is to be flexible sa cabs na gagamitin mo. Most heads have multiple output config naman.

If gusto mo talaga yung amp, then the first thing to do is get the impedance of both the speakers. Then make sure na yung ikakabit mo na cab matches the equivalent impedance nung stock speakers. From what I've browsed unmatched loading sa amp will damage it.

ask lang sa mga naka ID series..natry nyo na ba yung audio player nung sa Insider? pag nakasaksak yung amp sa laptop ko (usb) wala ako naririnig when the mp3 is playing (even from the laptop)... I was hoping I could hear it thru the amp's speaker or thru the em.out & phones
pero pag tinanggal ko yung usb/amp saka naman may sound (thru the laptop's speaker/headphones) ganun ba talaga un???

i guess the USB doesn't transmit audio signal from the laptop when using the mp3 player of the Insider... so just use a cable to the MP3/line in connected sa laptop.
I was expecting the USB would be enough to send the signal of the audio playing to the amp and hear it thru the amp's speaker or via the em. output & phones

I'll be buying an amp this coming days pero hirap pa rin ako mag-decide if HT-5TH or the HT-5R head + HT112 cabinet. Help!

pag ht5 combo ok din tapos another ht112 cab under. naka 2x12 ka na. if you're going for the ht5 head, get a 2x12 or 4x12 drivers...not the ht 1x12

Pero baka HT1 1x12 muna kasama ng head ko if ever HT-5R ang bibilhin ko. Budget kasi. I plan to change the cabinet pag nagkaroon na ulit pambili. Kaya talagang sabi nung isang sales staff sa Lyric, pwede raw i-connect sa cabinet yung HT-5TH pero duda ako.

Went home frustrated.

I thought i'd be bringing home an HT5R tonight but those 50% on sale are cash basis only 

I'm about to use my CC to buy a guitar and an HT5. Na-convince ko yata or talagang gumawa ng paraan yung staff. May +3.5% lang for the transaction but trust me, it's nothing.  I'll update you if this method goes through by Sunday night since same day lang rin dadating yung guitar na pinakuha nila from another branch.
