I cannot see why not. Basta iset-up mo siya para sa ganung tuning. And when you resting, ganung tuning lang ulit. Pag ibabalik mo sa standard or kung ano mang ibang tuning, panibagong setup nanaman (spring tension, action, intonation, etc).  :-)
