Got my thr10 second hand for 13k.

hehe yeah he's a good buddy of mine that does me a lot of favors, so I gave him a good deal. Kasama yung Yamaha soft case that was made for it; which was good quality, durable.
+1
I disagree too. I highly recommend this amp. This is not a high volume / gig amp but more of a bedroom/desktop amp. I love it! and it absolutely sound great! It's also portable, I even bring it along during family outings. Also sound great as a recording tool. Some sample clips I recorded with this amp using acoustic, humbucker electric and single coil strat:
Nice playing

One thing to add...
Guys who are on the fence about buying this should also be aware of the battery issue in regards to totally powering off when hitting high volume/high gain when powered ONLY by batteries (hindi naka plug-in). I actually experienced this myself with the THR10X model. Hindi naman ata lahat ng unit ay may defect, pero it's not uncommon din.
Check this thread out:
http://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/yamaha-thr10-problems-playing-on-battery-power.1077873/This thread was regarding the THR10 model, pero it's apparently also rampant sa THR10X.
Sorry guys, don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to turn people off from buying these units (I love Yamaha products), pero I believe an informed buyer is better served. (I wish someone had told me about it). Personally, this was the other major deal-breaker for me. I bought it because I wanted something very portable to take around, unplugged sa socket. But when I experienced that 'power off' issue', I decided to sell it.. If you keep it plugged in always, it should be no concern.
Btw, my friend whom I sold it to loves it, doesn't care about the issue.
Just sharing my experience with this.
Peace,
MA
