eirol even 10.000 volts wont be good if it doesnt deliver continous power ;o) ...but take a look at inuke nu6000 ...dont know about technicasl difference only the specs stated and it doesnt cost 50% more money for the 50% more power ;o) ...price is very close with those 2 amps

nico, with the supply voltages available we could paracticaly compute the baseline RMS power for a given load...
which would help our fellows here decide if they ought to buy an ep4000 or not.

as i see you can ONLY calculate the rms PEAK power knowing the rails ...unless you put a load on terminals and a tone on input ....i was supriced with a berry epq 1200 that i got just for fun ...it really delivered but not untill we raised the input signal to above rated and without peaklimiter on ...it was pulling 4 pc 15"+1,75" tops and 2 pc 18" boxes ....and only rated at 2x600 watt peak he he ...some times we get supriced ....ps it was running the new years party for 2 days

your set up would not measure the power output of that amp.
u could try that set up here in the phils, which is way hotter than in your native denmark.

eirol ok ill do that ...but im not sure ill bring the small epq1200 ...priorities you know he he ...but i AM mooving to phils and i WILL bring amplifiers for stageuse ...just havent decided on wich amps and the amount yet ...sending stuff from denmark is soooo expensive ...i send 2 pair of pc speakers and 2 boxes of candy in december to phils total weight 8,5 kg and approx 35x35x40 cm box with regular mail and they price was 4600 peso plus 1150 peso tax in phils for the impoert of speakers even though it was for provate use .....so ill definetly NOT send 8 amps at 40 kg each he he
