* Try removing all other peripherals on your PC except your newly formatted HDD, then let BIOS detect it.

* Kung ayaw, set yout HDD Jumper to either Master or Cable Select

Ano nga pala HDD mo? IDE? SAS? SATA?

Naka SATA ata sya. Tama, remove perps muna including other HDD's or optical drives.

try mo din ung suggestion nila, remove all the peripherals except the hdd.

here's the motherboard of pc#2

Hmm..
If you want to verify, check this: http://support.wdc.com/images/kb/sata.gif

Kung wala pa din, try to reset your pc#2 BIOS to factory defaults and try again.

Hope it helps..  :)

I think this is your last resort pag ayaw talaga ma detect. Follow the instruction manual ng board on how to properly reset the BIOS.

then save changes mo, tpos reset mo ung pc mo,

sana maka tulong pre.

good day mga bro!

after 4 days of diagnosing na detect ko na yung poblema nya! :)

the main source nung poblema nya is yung Power Supply,

*** tinanggal ko yung ibang hindi kailangang gamit, SATA HDD lang nakalagay as said by  coy_2cute and electronictokwa

result: (na detect) , after booting and restarting the PC, nawalan naman sya ng display tapos nag short beep sya ng dalawang beses at mga 1.5 seconds bago umikot yung fan ng processor pagka pindot ng power switch, pero gumagana naman yung NUMLOCK so ibig sabin na gumagana naman ng maayos yung RAM.

*** tinanggal at nilinis ko yung Video Card

result: (wala pa din display)

result: (gumana na sya ng maayos)

lesson learned!

salamat sa mga nag reply!
