REGISTRATION PROCESS - THREE WAYS TO JOIN BLAST OFF!
1. Go to BLASTER STUDIO (Road 8 Project 6, Visayas Avenue, Quezon City) or BLACK KINGS' BAR (107 Westlife Building, West Avenue, Quezon City) and secure a registration form. Fill it out and pay the registration fee of PHP200 per band member.
2. Go to BLASTER STUDIO Facebook Page and click on the SURVEYMONKEY tab on the left side of the wall. Fill out the registration form and text Abby (09178456530) and inquire for the bank account details for the payment of the registration fee (still PHP200 per member).
3. Walk-in registration - Go to BLACK KINGS' BAR (107 Westlife Building, West Avenue, Quezon City) on the day of the eliminations. Register on-site and pay registration fee of PHP250 per member.
