Sanding block lang yun. Made of rubber. Not really the type for contours.

For Fret Crowning, you can use a small triangle file and shape the leveled frets to a round shape. Make sure the board is well taped. At WAG MANGGIGIL.  I've (almost) ruined a few boards that way. You can buy a set of small files too.

For nut slots, buy a welding tip cleaner.
meron bang nabibiling block na may radius? ang mahal kasi want to try doing this by my self.. fret leveling and recrowning. :)

Try mo to:

1. http://www.howtocleanstuff.net/how-to-remove-super-glue-from-plastic-and-vinyl/

2. Soak it with hot water.

3. Goo Gone - really works on sticky substance. Not sure with super glue, but it might work.

Individual process yan ha, hindi yan step-by-step.

Sand flush. Buff to shine.

If you are gonna use any type of solvent, make sure it's plastic-friendly. You wouldn't want your pickguard to become one gooey mess. Unless you're into the sick kind of relic finish. LOL

Try coffee stain. Soak it in super black coffee, let it dry under the sun. It will develop coffee marks, then spray it with a thin layer of clear coat just enough to enclose the stain.

How long did you soak it?

In theory, UV bomb should work.

I'll try to find some pictures of the reliced knobs that I did. The guitar is no longer with me. I soaked it in super black coffee and let it dry under the sun. When it dried it developed some stains but the stains could easily be rubbed out by the fingers. That's why I applied a thin layer of clear coat to seal the stain.

Was it uber white when the stain rubbed off, or did it get some permanent coloration?

It was still uber white when the stain was rubbed of The color was not permanent that's why it needed to be sealed. For me it looked better than buying cream knobs because the discoloration did justice to make it look old.
