maraming factors ang nakakaepekto sa sound quality if we try to analyze the factors that contributes to audio output or sound coming from our pc

1.) Actual speakers used - pinakamalaki sa lahat
2.) Source - this includes quality of the sound, resolution (ex. 16,24-Bit, sampling rate), actual audio  file itself
3.) driver features ng hardware - some soundcards have an option that can improve the output sound
4.) Software used for playback - may enhancement na kayang gawin ang mga player (ex. iTunes)

for a special soundcard for general use, sa number three lalabas yun. so mayroon talagang improvement. pero limitado pa rin yan ng 1 and 2. for pc recording, a dedicated hardware like a USB soundcard is very important at kailangan talaga since it provides the supported protocol (ex. ASIO) na ginagamit sa low-latency at high-resolution digital audio file sampling.

maraming salamat sa detailed reply sir, marami ngang factors para mapaganda ang tunog pag-out ng audio sa laptop and since nag-iipon pa for audio interface,  I'm lookin at this as "pansamantagal" sana na solusyon kung magpapatugtog lang ng music and since medyo may sira din yung headphone out ng laptop ko

may nakagamit na ba dito ng creative, encore, or turtle beach? any reviews? salamat po.

depends. kung cdr king o kaya behringer UCA, for ex., baka walang diff. sa onboard sound at mataas pa ang latency. pero kung Focusrite o RME, I'm sure malaki ang difference. on the technical side, it all boils down to the card's converters and internal clock, as well as drivers.
