Not really sure if there's someone who specializes on fiberglass percussion repairs (but I could check with the perc guys), pero you could try yung mga auto shops or motor repair shops. usually sila yung mga nag-fabricate ng mga fiberglass parts ng sasakyan, baka they could do something about your doumbek.
