so i'm 17 years old. and i work out every weekday. i'm just afraid that it might damage my muscles cause i heard it's bad to do it everyday. but isn't it good to do pushups everyday? my logic is that every other work out is like a pushup for that specific muscle
so one set in my routine is 15 clap pushups, 10 side laterals (10lbs), 12 bicep curl (20lbs), 15 dumbell good mornings (20lbs), 5 overhand pullups, 5 underhand pullups, 10 squats.
this is my home work out and i do 3 sets every weekday. will this destroy my body?
