Budget is around 12k. Dual core, preferably Windows 7. Nothing fancy, nothing over the top, nothing overkill. Just bang for the buck. No NEO's. It will be for my sister's birthday.

I can probably stretch the budget a little bit. Basta it will meet the requirements above. Dunno the bang for the buck price on those kind of specs. Hope you can help me out.

NEO ang swak.  my NEO BASIC lasted 3 years. binigay ko na sa pamangkin ko, hanggang ngayon ok pa.

No NEO's sana according to my post. Gonna stretch the budget a little bit para mas madali maghanap. Laki pala ng price difference kapag mas malaki ang display kahit 2 or so inches lang. Whew.

dude, dpat tignan mo din kung ilang gigahertz ng processor(ghz),,, at least 1gb ram, at least 1gb vcard. suggest lang.eheh
