routine Exercise na puwede sa kwarto

exersice na pwd sa kwarto lang gawin kasi no time for gym...

pwd din malaman kung ilang reps ilang sets...  at anu anong exercise...

depende kung ano target mo. if you're more into cardio, try doing rope skipping/jump rope. kung tyan naman you can do mountain climbers.

Spartacus (circuit) workout

need a pair of dumbbells ... kung beginner ka, ok na yung 10 lbs

10 exercises
1 minute per exercise (time-based, hindi reps)
15 seconds rest in between
3 sets
2 minutes rest per set

exercises:

1.) goblet squats
2.) mountain climbers
3.) single arm dumbbell swing
4.) t push-ups
5.) split jump
6.) dumbbell row
7.) dumbbell side lunge
8.) renegade push up row
9.) dumbbell lunge rotation
10.) dumbbell push press

one of the most difficult exercises ever. i did it yesterday, 970 calories burned (according to my heart rate monitor) ... and i felt dizzy lol

try to do 15 reps na lang kung di mo pa complete yung 1 minute

wala akong dumbells gusto ko sana yung ginagamit ko lang yung body weight...
katunayan kasi nasa barko ako tapos nagagain ako ng weight dito gusto ko magkaroon ng routine exercise every morning...

some of the workout there you can do without dumbbells...

or well, you can always try running ... or this training - check out part 2 cause part 1 is about boxing mitt work

only thing about it is that its not very hard ... and you can finish in 20 mins if you are in good shape.

kung pwede ka magtatalon sa kwarto, try Dumbbell Snatches..

grab a 15lbs dumbbell..

8-12 reps per set. 15 secs rest for each set. 4 sets.

and try not to faint  :-D

pumayat ako nung nag insanity asylum workout ako  :-\ antataas ng agility nila.. di ko pa natatapos yung isang excercise eh nahihilo na ako tapos waterbreak agad. :lol:

portion eating solution sa  pagpapayat!  di madali. mag adjust talaga katawan kasi kung nakasanayan ng katawan mo lumamon ng marami food  :lol: matatagalan talaga pero pag nagamay mo tuloy tuloy na. saka mo sundutin ng excercise!

portion eating solution sa  pagpapayat!  di madali. mag adjust talaga katawan kasi kung nakasanayan ng katawan mo lumamon ng marami food  :lol: matatagalan talaga pero pag nagamay mo tuloy tuloy na. saka mo sundutin ng excercise!

ang exercise, 15% lang yan ng pagpapayat. 85% sa diet talaga... kaya di ako pumapayat, pero mataas resistensya ko lol

di ko alam sukat e pero maliit lang siya na isa lang talaga pwesto mo sa gitna lang yung maluwag na part kasi yung nasa kaliwa kama nasa kanan sofa tapos nasa harap study table....

push ups and squats lang ang medyo ok kung maliit ang space mo.
sit-ups kung medyo masipag ka (pero ito ang pinaka nakakatamad para sakin)
shadow boxing din

then check mo list ni Incx, pero dapat may dumbells ka
try mo kayang kalabitin baka tumunog...

totoo pala sabi ng pe teacher habang tumatanda ka bumabagal metabolism mo hence natatagalan ka pumayat kaya asahan mo kung tuloy- tuloy pag diet at excercise mga apat na buwan pataas  papayat ka lalo kung nasa 200 lbs pataas timbang.

natatawa ako dun sa kakilala ko nag boxing tapos kakain sa vikings :eek:

pinaka mainan na kainin pang diet kamote matagal ka magutom high in protein and diet lalo sa gabi kesa kumain ka ng kanin malakas mag pataba white rice.

eto pa mga iwasan o bawasan

Pasta ex: spaghetti, carbonara, lasagna at pizza numero uno lakas magpataba to!
matatamis ex: pastries, donut, kakanin,chocolate, cake, tinapay kung whole wheat bread pwede!!! carbonated soda or  flavor juices mag tubig ka na lang
white rice brown rice ka na lang sa umaga!
lechon, crispy pata, liempo, laman loob ex. chicharon bulaklak bituka  :drool: isaw
fast food, buffet!
yosi, inom lakas maka food trip!
chichiria granny goose, pringles, clover atbp.....

panoorin mo super size me sa youtube mag dadalawang isip ka kumain!
tsaka never skip breakfast importante yan!!!

iwasan mo rin mga tropa nag aaya kumain o uminom sa labas panira sa diet yun matutukso ka lang nun. always say NO!!!  :lol: kahit magtampo pa sila di naman sila sasagot ng hospital bills mo  pag nagkasakit ka! HEALTH IS WEALTH  :lol:

tama ka jan pre... ako diet lang ginagawa ko na may unting exercise pero more on diet gingawa ko di ako nagkakainin pag umaga cereals lang tsaka ulam.. then pag tanghali at gabihan di ako nag roround 2 tapos more on tubig...

alala ko nanay ko mag badminton para daw excercise kasi nabigla sya dun sa work out na binigay sa kanya ng fitness instructor sumakit ulo sa isip ko ganon talaga masakit sa umpisa no pain no gain. kaso pag katapos mag badminton kakain sila ng mga kabadminton sa labas  :eek: o kaya magdadala ng pasta ibabaon nya  :eek:

i don't know pero di ako naniniwala dyan sa looking for a gym buddy or excercise amigas  just to motivate you to excercise i think it's BS!!! it will not serve your purpose to lose weight or to discipline yourself not to eat a lot! baka pa nga pag nagkatamaran na pumunta sa gym pati ikaw umayaw na rin. yung iba pupunta lang sa gym para mag chikahan  :eek: maganda talaga mag solo flight ka!

Try these home exercises:

Rushfit by GSP - the most recommended of the choices here. all you need is a good space and 10lb dumbells
Insanity - great exercise program pero taxing sa knees because of many explosive movements
P90X - ok din but you need a lot of equipment pero meron ding silang workouts for cardio

Pero nothing beats the gym.
