Eto pare ah, speaking as a healthcare professional and as a lifter, I dont understand why anyone would want to get fat.
Fat is pretty much useless, it doesnt serve any useful purpose(we are no longer in the ice ages where people needed fat to insulate them and provide calories in times of starvation)
yet consumes oxygen, and looks unattractive.(no offense) I know this since I used to be a fat 210-pounder. I cut down to 160 and started bulking up to gain lean mass. So trust me, you do not want to get fat.
So, what you want my friend, is to
gain lean muscle. Di ko sinasabing maging uber buff ka, but like, just gain enough lean muscle to sort of "fill-out" or "even-out" your physique.
