may tanong lang ako guy's!  haha! ok lang ba sa payat yung mag jogging? hindi ba papayat lalo pag ganon? gsto ko kasing tumaba at ano bang vitamins pwedeng gamitin :D ang payat ko kasi :) tnx! godbless! guy's! :) :-D

ang jogging ay pampalakas din ng resistensya at katawan. ganito gawin mo, pagkatapos mo mag-jogging, kumain ka ng madami  :-D

madali lang magpataba, kain ka lang ng kain... pag feel mong busog kana, wag kana kumain kung di mo na kaya, pero once na nagsubside na yung feel na busog, kain ka ulit... downside lang neto magastos.

Eto pare ah, speaking as a healthcare professional and as a lifter, I dont understand why anyone would want to get fat. Fat is pretty much useless, it doesnt serve any useful purpose(we are no longer in the ice ages where people needed fat to insulate them and provide calories in times of starvation) yet consumes oxygen, and looks unattractive.(no offense) I know this since I used to be a fat 210-pounder. I cut down to 160 and started bulking up to gain lean mass. So trust me, you do not want to get fat.

So, what you want my friend, is to gain lean muscle. Di ko sinasabing maging uber buff ka, but like, just gain enough lean muscle to sort of "fill-out" or "even-out" your physique. :wink:

dahil sa global warming malapit na mag shift ang weather kaya ok lang siguro maging mataba hehe  :-D

yung mga kakilala ko ginagawa nila gym tapos weight mass ba yun yung tinitimpla, eat healthy foods and specially bahaw na kanin  :-D

kung gusto mo tumaba


breakfast >>>ulam + 3 cups rice + 1L coke

merienda >>>  high in carb + 1L coke

lunch>>> ulam + 3 cups rice + 1L coke

merienda >>>  high in carb + 1L coke

dinner >>>ulam + 3 cups rice + 1L coke

after dinner >>> pulutan + 8bottles beer


try mo kayang kalabitin baka tumunog...

 :-D ginawa ko yan dati, successful naman pero after 2 weeks na ganyang diet di naman ako nag ka diabetes
pero in 2 weeks bumigat ako ng 18kgs, tumaas nga lang cholesterol ko  :lol:

@TS dati pareho tayo ng goal, tumaba kasi medyo skinny ako. Nagsimula ako mag-gym 5 years ago, hanggang ngayon medyo regular pa rin naman. Dahil gusto kong mag-gain ng mass, ang lakas ko kumaen, ngayon naman medyo mataba na mukha ko, ayoko ng itsura ko lalo na sa pics! lol.

Kaya I agree with Stratfire! mag-gym ka na lang, in 3 to 6 mos time makikita mo yung big change! at hindi mo pa pagsisisihan  :wink:
