I have been looking for an amp that can do high gain and a clean channel that takes pedals well. I play mainly in church kaya medyo nakakailang bumili ng high gain amp. However, gusto ko rin namang tumugtog ng medyo mabigat and I'm planning to study and take guitar playing seriously. Minsan kasi, may venue na masyadong malaki tapos sariling sikap sa gamit so iniisip ko na mapakikinabangan din naman. Sa mga naka-test na, any thoughts? Or may ma-sa suggest ba kayo na comparable dito? Thank you and God bless.

Okay yan! Sa Philippines availabity and price, for tube amps, that and the Peavey 6505+ combo will be my choices.

Salamat sir! Hehe, GAS na GAS na ako nung nalaman ko presyo. Halos parehas lang kasi ng retail sa ibang bansa nung chineck ko sa JB. Sayang lang kasi wala silang 60w head lang. Thanks sir!

My friends and I got to test the 120w version in JB Music SM Dasmarinas. I personally don't like the stock HH brand speakers in the paired cabinet, but as far as tone is concerned, it's pretty awesome.

I'm a bit interested in trying out the STUDIO version which might be more suitable for your situation as a P&W player, since it'll give you the chance to connect the amp straight to a computer (via USB) or PA system (via emulated record out) without the need for speakers:

Salamat sir! Pag speakers siguro mas madaling iswap as long as okay mismo yung cab nung combo. Hehe so versatile po ba? May Marshall and Boogie tones? May attenuator na siya sir so feeling ko mas okay kung higher wattage ang kunin. Hassle nga lang sa bitbitan.

Ito nga po nagpa-GAS sa akin sir e. Tsk. Ang alam ko nasa 30k + yung studio mga sir at ngayon ay may 30w combo nang lumabas with almost the same features as studio. Iniisip ko pag pjmasok sa JB yung 30w ay baka biglang magshoot-up ang presyo niyang 60w at 120w h. Oh well...

palitan mo na lang yung stock na 2 x HH Custom Designed 12" drivers.

Super nice cleans and some pretty nasty (in a good way) dirt tones were what we found in the amp we tested. I wouldn't say Marshall or Boogie per se, but the saturation of the distortion is quite apt for shredding and metal if you like that stuff too

Thanks sir. Actually, yung studio na kukunin ko. Ready na ako once ma-activate yung card ko. Haha. Ang problema ko yung cab, kung kukunin ko ba yung matching na mura or mag-iipon para sa mas magandang cab.
