Advice on Small bar acoustic sound system

Hi guys, advice naman on what pa system para sa small resto/bar ng friend ko.

mixers/monitors/speakers setup.

bar is somewhere around 40 to 50 persons capacity only, maliit lang... acoustic band/performer only.

will an active foh 15" (pair) and 1 12" for monitor, and a passive 12channel mixer with built in effects be sufficient for the setup?  (then to follow na lang yung additional para sa palibot ng bar)

ok na lang po ba ung effects builtin sa mixer? or should i get an external effects (mostly for vocal)
