hirap talaga maalis yung bulge...most you can do is just slim it down..pero yung natitirang taba sa tyan..parang nakakadepress tignan..

need ata ng special regimens talaga and machines to burn the belly fat and expose yung six pack.. pero the hardest to beat is the one thats freaking sexy and attractive to chicks... ripped six pack abs!!!!

tips naman dyan guys..sa pagsunog ng taba sa bilbil

Jumprope!!!!! Kahit nga walang jump rope..simulate mo lang kunwari na may iniikot ka....100 jumps...hingal ka at ramdam mo heartbeat mo bumilis...

It means nagsusunog na body mo ..mental thought lang para lang malanan mo kung need mo increase intensity...

Jumping jacks lang pucha...kahit sa kwarto ka lang...kung kaya mo 200 better! Nabasa ko ia sa malaki magburn ng calories ....kaya tignan nyo yung boxers..pag nasobrahan sa weighin...jimping jacks sila ng todo to loose lbs quick..

Semi silver bullet lang naman....easy..walang tools ...ikaw lang at disiplina mo...

totoo..actually nakakatamad talaga...isipin mo 5 minutes lang..pero kailangan pa labanan yung pagkatamad na feeling...yun lang talaga yung challenge eh...yung labanan yung lazyness to move your body...
kaya dapat integrated sa daily routine mo, lalo sa umpisa...

Isa sa mga favorite "exercise" ko yung magsasalang ng chicosci sa banyo tapos magpapakahyper tulad ni miggy. sobrang init ng banyo tapos sobrang hyper mo pa so mga 30 minutes siguradong pawis ka! may bonus na run ka pa pag hinabol ka ng mga kapitbahay mo  :lol:

hingi pala ako ng tip mga ka-loser, ano ang ginagawa nyo pag tinamaan kayo ng gutom, yung tipong nahihilo na kayo? kumakain ba kayo or umiinom, tsaka anong klase? ang hirap kasi minsan konti nga ang kinakain, tapos bumabawi naman sa frequency  :-(

same uhnger spells feeling...yung sumasakit ulo...what I do is i just buy some bread..and water..or milk...I think kailangan kumain talaga..unless inom ka ng bigesic or advil para mawala sakit ng ulo..
I think ok lang yung small snacks through out the day...sabi nila mas mabilis nga yun sa metabolism...kesa sa kumain ng big meals 3x a day...

Ok boys and girls lets review....


1. Create a calorie deficit: Bawasan ang pagkain..bawasan ang portions...wag magkanin, at bawasan sweets, softdrinks, burgers, junkfood.

2. Gumalaw ng Gumalaw: Ikaw na bahala dito paano at kung ano convenient at kaya mo.. (jogging, long walking, speed walking, biking, jumprope, stair walking, planking--kaw na bahala ano mga gusto mong gawin... IMPORTANTE CONTINUOUS...and consistent...everyday, or magalot ka ng 1 or 2 days rest..then Galaw,galaw uli..


etong 2 tips na eto..simple, walang gastos(nakatipid ka pa nga) , walang complicated technical stuff or bili bili ng kung ano anong silver bullet solutions or programs..SOLB na kayo dito..

syempre in the end...nasasiyo padin yan..disiplina at self control nyo padin mag didictate ng success rate..

pinagaaralan ko mga portions ng mga typical restos, fast food joints etc.. talagang sobra talaga yung serving portions nila...magandang tip is magshare nalang kayo ng tropa ninyo or syota..or itira mo nalang yung kalahati para bigay sa street children...

This was 3yrs ago 2011 over weight ako nag balik loob ako sa basketball, every morning mas effective lalo na kapag wala pang laman tiyan mo so puro taba lang talaga yung nasusunog sa diet naman hindi ako nag po pork and beef puro white meat at veggies lang then bawas din sa rice for 3 mos nakuha ko nayung ideal weight ko from 88kilos to 75 kilos grabe waist line ko 40 hahahah then ngayon 32 na lang

actually..in just a month may significant results na makikita.. kaya nakakainspire pa lalo..at gugustuhin mo na maging habit ang mag watch ng weight...


may jogging barbell dito sa opis..yung tig 1kg lang...so binubuhat ko yung dalawa..langhiya..2kg...is damn heavy...now, imagine that amount of fat na nasunog mo in 2-3weeks...grabe!!! imagine nasa waist line mo yung bigat na yun!?!

Salamat sa mga inputs gandz. Sa tingin ko dahil sa kasipagan ko eh mauudlot muna ang ehersisyo pero susubukan ko muna sa pagkain na magbawas para naman makatulong sa pagbaba ng timbang at tingin ko kailangan ko rin ng bathroom scale para may monitor haha

I lost 30 lbs so far. Di naman ako nagdiet masyado, naggym lang ako ng may tamang program. 2 rice everyday and oatmeal na lang sa gabi. Minsan kapag alanganing oras tapos nagutom ako, iniinom ko na lang ng tubig kasi naguguluhan ang katawan natin minsan di nya alam kung gutom tayo o uhaw kaya pag uminom ka ng tubig, di ka pala gutom, uhaw lang pala. Nanghinayang ako sa mga oras nung nagpataba ako ng ganyan. Di nako makaporma tsaka anlakas makamanong. Happy naman ako ngayon. Mga 10 lbs pa na malose ko and I'll be the happiest. I was 186 nung March and 152 na lang ako ngayon.

nice.. ako din nag lost na ako mga paps pero maliit lang... hehehe.. atleast meron... tama ung sa tubig.. inom lang tayo ng malamig na malamig na tubig para dayain natin sarili natin.. lols.. hahahaha.... laking tulong ang bike sa mga tamad mag gym... hahaha...

kung hindi ko pa narinig yang biking na yan wala.. hehehe.. start nun nalaman ko un.. saka ung 1 week diet na pinakita sakin online na fruits lang.. GRABE un... gutom pero worth it sya... weeks palang ako pero my nakikita na ako improvement sa tummy ko... after the tummy is gone maintain nlng gagawin ko.. oks na ako sa upper body ko ee..

madali lang sunugin yung parang upper layer ng tummy fat..pero after nun..mukhang kailangan ng intensive..haha yung sakin..bulging padin! hahaha hardest part talaga..pero..positive thinking lang...aabot tayo sa flat abs!! wuhooo!!
