400m sprint plus 50 squats x 4 sets. yan isang workout na yan. pihado ang burn dyan.
if you want youc an add box jumps, squat jumps and burpees.
kaso i doubt if you can. yung sprit squat pa lang wasak ka na.
yung main thing dapat less time. walang rest o less rest periods. mga 30 secs max.
