Color It Red @ Bistro 70's Feb.26(Thursday) make it a date

In March of 1990 they auditioned at Red Rocks (now Club Dredd), when the place was still at Timog Ave. In Quezon City, and at Mayrics in Espaņa. The band was then given a regular weekly performance, playing side by side with then-unknown bands like After Image, Eraserheads, Alamid, Introvoys, Grace Nono, and Joey Ayala. By this time,Color It Red has become a favorite among college students and alternative rockers alike, making them one of the better bands at the time when alternative music was still in its underground stage.
The band's first album "Hand Painted Sky" was released in 1994 under the Alpha Records label. Containing ten all-original compositions with three top ten hits, "Paglisan", "Na Naman", and "I Need You Here," making the album achieve platinum status.
