Hi! Mga Sir, ask ko pa lng if magkano po dito xa philmusic ang mga murang custom guitar. Im planning to buy one kasi. Ung mura lng na electric guitar for practice.

if you buy sa Sta. Mesa you're going to find guitars around 2k to 4k, that's as low as you can get.

Wala sa wattage ang shipping. Asa weight.

I think you should try them for yourself para malaman mo first hand kung ano ang nagagawa ng bawat isa. Pero I'll help you a bit.
Overdrive - the name itself explains the purpose, it gives you extra drive, to give you a dirty sound like amps pushed hard, very hard, and gives you this warm cruchy distortion.
Tremolo - Raises and lowers the pitch of a note when picked, may it be a half step up and down, or a whole step.
Noise Suppressor - Removes any unwanted noise(feedback, hum, etc.) produced by the pedal chain, high gain, or from single coil pickups.
Compressor - Well, it compresses the sound, or signal of the guitar and makes it sound tighter and sustains the notes longer.
Wah pedal - A pedal that makes a wah wah sound, um, it kinda scoops the sound from a hollow bassey sound to a trebley  screaming sound. This is done with full control of the player's foot.
Volume pedal - Increases the volume and vice versa, with total control from the player's foot as well.

Guys, these are based on my own interpretations of the capabilities of these pedals. Please add or correct the information if need be. Thanks! I'm no pro. hehe.
@thread starter - try those pedals so you can know for yourself the use of these pedals, try them out at stores or if you have friends who play, and has pedals, try them out. It would definitely help you out when time comes that you would want to build a pedal set-up for yourself. ROck On!

Octave = ginagawang 1 octave higher ang tunog ng isang note (magiging high "do" ang low "do" mo, kumbaga sa do re mi)  :-)

Overdrive = dirty-sounding type na effect, pero not as dirty as distortion

Tremolo = parang vibrato effect (Nag-vavibrate, or nagwawang-wang yung tunog)  :-D

Noise Suppressor = basically, nagbabawas ng hums or any unwanted noise sa output(sound) mo.

Compressor = bali ginagawa lang masbuo or mas-solid ang tunog ng notes mo.

Thats vibrato. Tremolo is the raising and lowering of volume.

Compressor - evens out the volume. Low volume notes get louder and high volume notes get softer.

Octave - it can be octave up (Octavia type pedals) or octave down (octave dividers like the OC-2).

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

1.) hindi lahat ng tabs ay accuarte
2.) dapat hindi ka magrely lang sa tabs, try to kapa the song... mas maganda feeling pag natapos mo yung kanta na hindi ka gumagamit ng tabs.. IMO lang naman..  :-D

SALAMAT!!

keep playing; don't expect to be super good overnight, it takes a lot of time and practice;

don't get discouraged if at first you can't get it, that's the way it's supposed to be. over time (and practice) you'll be able to learn.

sabi nga in a movie with the title i forgot: a newbie accomplished his first task, and said: "I took my first step; it'll be a long time before i can jump fences."

nah. of course, you'll have to introduce yourself to these chords.

as you keep playing and playing and expanding your horizons, it'll be close to 2nd nature to you, and the memory will be burnt in your head.

hmm, a question lang po masters. .10s po ang gamit ko dati, then nag switch ako sa .09s. Will that affect my sustain? di ko pa kasi naiinstall yung bagong string dahil busy sa school.
