Hi guys, quick question lang po sa mga frequent customers ng guitar shops. Which is better po ba magset-up (in terms of craftsmanship, job, price and etc.)? Guitar Salon or Guitar1 Custom Shop/Elegee? Sa Caloocan lang po kasi ako tapos nag-aalangan ako kung san ko dadalhin yung Strat ko e yun 2 lang yung medyo accessible.

Kumusta ang Guitar Salon in terms of acoustic and electric guitar setups? P200 lang daw ang delivery charge pag pinadaan namin sa lazer lucena. Wala kasi akong time dalhin kay micsis.

well, my friend had nothing but bad experiences from Guitar Salon. They just made him buy and buy replacement parts when hindi naman pala kailangan. and he went there a lot of times. naperahan talaga siya. now he goes to Guitar 1, and guitar 1 only.


I'd say make the trip to micsis nalang bro.

Is it possible to refinish guitar hardware? Specifically, an Edge Pro (Floyd rose bridge) from my Ibby Prestige. Mejo rusty na kasi at may oxidation na talaga sya, ang mahal naman kasi pag bibili ng brand new na edge pro, pinakamura na ata yung 12k na nakita ko. Kung fit lang sana yung Gotoh bili nalang ako nun, kaso based on my research hndi daw eh. Gusto ko lang naman magmukang bago yung guitar ko, and I think wala pa naman problema yung bridge. Ayun lang, any comments and suggestions?

hi guys,anyone here using bogner ecstacy red pedals?i'm contemplating to get one but i wondering if it's picky sa amp.i only have a marshall ma50c though for me the clean channel is ok naman,quite glassy imo. i'm also thinking about wampler triple wreck (it's a different beast yes but it's an alternative for me) pero same concern din kung maselan ba ang wampler peds sa amp.getting a new amp is out of the question for me.would like to hear your thoughts.

I have a mg10cf amp (although your amp is better) and i run a Plextortion through it and it does not sound good at all. So yes, in my experience mapili ang wampler sa pedals. I also ran i through a mg50 at a battle of the bands competition and di rin sha masyado maganda tumunog. Pero through a blackstar ht20 it sounds glorious. So mapili nga sha sa amp.
