Bilin mo muna yung pedalboard... get the biggest one you can afford now.  Then may motivation ka na to buy all the pedals needed to fill up your pedalboard... para lang masabi na sulit yung pedalboard mo.

Depende sa kailangan bro. Kasi kung 1/2 pedals per gig lang naman pinaka kailangan mo at kabisado mo na settings for all of them, ok muna kahit hindi. Kaso kung tinatamad ka nang mag-ayos ng settings, mag-kabit ng power supply at mag-kabit ng cable, pagawa ka na ng pedalboard.

Tulad ko, tinamad na kong mag-setup nang umabot sa 3 pedals ko, so eto, may parating na kong pedalboard mamaya.

well that means, di mo pa alam kung anung gusto mong gamitin na pedal or di mo alam kung ano mong gustong tunog.

just a tip though, bumili ka n lng muna ng muti effects. it'll save you time and effort thinking kung ano bibilin mo.

in my case i'd get more pedals but make sure i have a carrying case for my 2 pedals (which i did before). though i have seen pedal boards with only 2 pedals in it. in fact i plan to make a pedalboard for those very short set gigs (will consist of 2 pedals and power supply).

edit: pedal boards are easier to find. madali lang yun. pedals on the other hand are sometimes once in a blue moon (no unless you're buying brand new at your favorite music store)

not totally right. may mga pedal board rin na mahirap hanapin lalo na if mas prefer ung branded ones.

like if you're planning to acquire one kind of pedal board that can house 10 pedals na hindi na minamanufacture, then comes the opportunity na may 2nd hand na binebenta, and to make it worse, mura pa. hindi mo pa ba bibilhin just because 1 or 2 pa lang pedal mo?

sa kin lang. if may 2 na akong pedal. ok lang na bumili na ako ng pedal board para "organized" na rin sila pag gagamitin either sa home or gig. And for protection na rin.

ung ibang tao naman, gusto bumili agad ng pedal board para matatak sa isip nila na "pag puno na to, tama na ang GAS for pedals, unless may idi-dispose"

but meron ring tao na ok na sa customized board, so........

Anong board nga pala Brod? Baka naman BCB30 lang trip mo tatluhan abay pwedeng pwede sa Dalwang Pedals yan me Power supply kapa. Pwede mo ng I gig yan kung sapat kana sa tone.


Baka Heavy Metal tugtugan mo, Chuva Chuva, High Gain Pedal at Equalizer lang swak na. abay pwede na yan. Unless hindi sukat pedals mo sa Boss Boards ha.

Sir mas maganda kung magpacustomize ka ng pedalboard na kasya ung gitara mo para sulit habang nag aabang ka ng pandagdag sa set up mo sir.....

why do you need a board for 2 pedals?

use the money in things that you need. teka magkano ba pera mo? kasi kung mga 6-7k ang pera mo, you could buy a pedal and made to order a pboard.

baka ok na yang mga pedals mo. isipin mo muna kung ano mga gusto mong pedal bago ka mag isip kung board. kung all set ka na sa mga yan, kuha ka na alng ng bag tska chopping board at power supply. yun na yung gamitin mong ped board. matutuwa ka pa sa paggawa. kung nde mo pa rin alam kung ano tlga setup mo, tama sabi ni dennis (nuno), kuha ka munang multi para malaman mo tlga kung ano kelangan mo. kasi kung nde ka magmumulti at nde mo pa alam ang mga pedal na gusto mo, mamamatay ka nyan sa kakabuy n sell ng pedal dahil.. bka matalo ka pa sa linabas mong pera tapos bebenta mo lang pala ulit. tapos sa huli, mlalaman mo, na yung unang 2 pedal mo lang pla yung kelangan mo. hahaha. best example nyan, ay ako. hahahaahaha

a pedalborad doesnt do anything to your tone but pedals do, whats a pedalborad with no pedals? = excess weight you want excess wieght? pedalborads are necessary when you have more than 3 pedals and stuff, if you dont haqve enuf pedals yet why would you need a pedalborad?

just to share... The time I decided to buy pedalboard is when I had reached 3 pedals. That time, I hate using batteries anymore and opt to use a power supply. also, one reason is that, to be organized with my stuff.. so ayun, I've decided one, tsaka, nung na-acquired ko na yung 3, i know na i need to add more stuff so alam ko eventually, I'll be needing a pedalboard...

Just got my pedalboard bro (mang Frank semi-hard pedalboard). Mas naging simple buhay ko ever since. No more 30-45 minute setup time, and no more lugging around of boxes (maarte ako sa condition ng pedals e). Dati dala ko boxes ng lahat ng mint condition pedals at sumasakit ulo ko dahil nawawala settings na naka-dial dahil sa travel. Plus dami ko pang dalang twisting wires kasi OC ako sa makalat na wiring.

Kaso sabi nga nila, kung 2 lang naman pedals mo at wala ka pang planong kumuha ng 3rd pedal at power supply, kahit wag muna.

of course evetually you will be needing a pedalboard, but to paraprhase the question its like this IF I have money "now" to by a pedal or pedalboard what would be the more inteligent purchase if i only have 2 pedals? the answer of course is buy more pedals,  the board will come in later when you finally decided what sort of pedals you will use. its just determining what has primary and secondary importance. in the field sonic arts would you be more interested in cosmetics of an instrument rahter than it's sound?  to directly relate this rethorical question we buy pedals to augment our sound thats our primary concern our secondary consideration is we by pedalboards to make our life easier with all those pedals that we manage to collect, therfore the "now" factor belongs to the pedal option rather than the board, clearly the more inteligent GAS decision is to use the money on a pedal.  we could tell him that he will be needing a board soon, but we are dealing with the now factor.
