i'm a newbie here in philmusic and i'm planning to buy a multi efx pero hindi ko alam kung anong maganda pinagpipilian ko e zoom g2.1u or gfx5..anu b mas magandang gamitin sa gig?? :?kung me ibang multi efx pa kayong maissusuggest ok lng po as long as kaya po ng budget ko..help naman po sa mga master jan..tnx in advance!!

ung zoom gfx 5 ata sa pagkalam ko mas maraming features kaysa sa g2.1u....depende sayo....pag gagamitin mo lahat edi why not....or baka baliktad ako...check mo sa zoom.co.jp website.....

mas ok sana pag single pedals na lang bilhin mo instead of multi-fx. pero kung multi-fx talga bibilhin mo..zoom g2.1u na kunin mo kasi mas maganda tunog nya at walang pause pag nagpalit ka ng patch. i'm selling mine hehe...pm me if interested

mas maganda yung amp modeling nung g2.1u. yung gfx5 may parang delay yung pagpalit ng patch. sandali lang naman at di masyado halata pag di ka pihikan but after a while, mapapansin mo..

distortions are better, too...

maganda yung manual mode though nung gfx5

my vote goes to g2.1u.. imo.. da best ang modulation efx nya.. sabi rin ng iba.. but na disappoint lng ako dun sa distortion nya.. imo.. mashadong digital ung tunog.. buti nalang mei mt-2 ako if i needed the distortion..

based on looks an playability... i go for G2.1u

its compact.. light....

looks mean and cool

easy to use...

but enceladus19 is right.. the distortion is kinda off... you should have a sparate analog pedal distortion... well thats what we think.. it really epends on you naman eh..

try it out first... =) we're only here just to give opinions.. hehe

umm.. Line 6 POD?

havent tried one yet coz i didnt have the cash and time but some people say that those things are good... if you have time check out your nearest music gear shop..

Line 6 POD is sold at Perfect Pitch stores i dont know if sa iba kung meron...

i'm currently using a gfx5, oks tunog nya, madali gamitin, may manual feature, madaming effects na pde pagpilian, may sampler tska metronome, expression pedal is ok for me, inquire pa ko kay sir bamf kung pwede ipa-mod ung pedal para madagdagan pa sweep ng wah.. eto ginagamit ko sa gig, d pa naman ako binigo neto, ok tunog sa live, try pa lang namin sa recording..

un nga lang, pag ngpapalit ng patch mejo may split sec na pause.. tsaka pala mabigat..

between zoom and line6? uhm.. line6 pod xt, na-try ko na, mas maganda kesa zoom imho, mahal nga lang..

I agree with the drive of zoom multi-fx , I myself also have a gseries fx and Im planning on getting a badmonkey or a boston Hm100 to cascade with this baby...drive is un-natural in my opinion

yung peavey drive ng g2 ok naman a. pero compared to analog, mas ok siyempre yung analog. pero kung tutuusin, mapapansin niyo ba yun sa stage? distortion.. well.. sounds like distortion. pasok tong g2 kahit sa distortion. ok naman eh. kung gusto mo makarinig ng pangit na distortion, pakinggan mo ax3000g, tunog zoom distortion with cab sim. yun ang tunog peke. wag niyo na lang lagyan siguro ng cab sim pagdating sa timplahan. in my opinion, mas ok pa ang distortions ng g2 sa gfx5, mas tweakable pa thru the extra eq module. panalo lang gfx 5 sa manual mode at sa exp pedal.
