What does this mean? Gweilo's Eastwood will be re-named as "Club Dredd"?

New management? If ever, sino kaya kokontakin para magpa-line up?

OT: By the way, at least gears (guitar amps! and even the house speakers) were upgraded recently in Gweilo's and the stage setup re-arranged (the drums are now in between the guitar amps and the bass amp - mas rinig na ng drummer yung mga instumento! yahoo). unfortunately when we played there last night, di pa daw dumadating yung bagong bass amp so yung crappy old bass amp pa rin

Actually, the Gweilo's stage is somehow reminiscent of how Dredd looked like. Ah, miss those days.

SMS forwarded by Datu's Tribe frontman Cabring confirms that Dredd opens tomorrow with PnE, Datu's tribe, and a host of other bands. Dating gweilo's eastwood nga daw. Plus they have this bulletin posted through their friendster account (http://www.friendster.com/user.php?uid=17181467)

Mga kapatid - baka wala kayong ginagawa mamyang gabi (June14).

Yung aming grupo - Bandwagon Productons, composed of 5 bands (Shuteyeview, The Spoons, Gene Pool, Formula Juan & Sideshow) will be playing at Club Dredd tonight with guest bands Virgin Hunters and Kinetic Daze.

This is not just our regular monthly gig nightat Club Dredd (or formerly Gweilo's). Medyo espeysal ito. This is further in support of our compilation CD (aptly entitled "Cinco") which we launched last Tuesday (June 12) at saGuijo. Our remaining June gigs (19 at Mag:net Katipunan and 29 at Purple Haze) will also form part of this "bar tour" album promotion leg.

Pls. do drop by if you can and of course, purchase a CD if you please

. The compilation album features 3 songs from each band plus two bonus tracks (sulit na sulit - 17 tracks with a total time of 75 minutes). All this for only Php 200.
