DW Drumsticks

guys merun palang DW Drumsticks,nakabili ako,25o pesos lang dun sa lyric sa cyberzone sa sm north,ganda nung stick,mahabang maiksi....

I like their idea of packaging a trio of sticks instead of the usual pair.

The last time I visited a Lyric store, most of the sticks available are the discontinued Johnny Rabb models.

Hahaha,error po yan,sorry,mahabang manipis po pala...nakalimutan ko ung size eh,kasi naitapon ko na ung papel,hindi siya naka karton eh,scotchtape lang,tapos walang print ung stick na DW,Tpos ung DWdrums na naka display pala dun 210k daw,wow ganda,kaso mahal...

Yup,Johnny Rabb mga sticks dun,sir hindi 3 ung akin,kasi walang print ung akin eh,may print ung 3 na sticks ng dw,pero naaalala ko 7a acorn ung akin,kaya lang nag dududa nga din ako kung DW tlga un,sabi kasi nung sa lyric DW daw tsaka nakasulat dun sa papel,kaya lang walang print ung stick ko eh,siguro hindi naman sila mandadaya.....bakit kaya walang print un??hehe

tingin ko nga fake na DW un kasi nagpunta ako sa website ng DW wala dun ung stick ko,tska 250 pesos lang ung akin,pero sabi kasi nung cashier dun sa lyric DW daw un,tpos nakasulat din dun sa papel nung stick DW

Johnny Rabb the drummer may be a DW artist.  But his now-defunct drumstick company is not affiliated with DW.

And as far as I know, DW never manufactured their own drumstick line, until they introduced their new 3 Drumsticks line (which is just this 2007).

So, those new sticks of yours are not manufactured by DW.

Wow... I hope Lyric is not misleading their customers with the 'DW Drumstick' issue...

If they're fake... Why don't they just market the stick as their own? And not use a premium brand name like DW...

hindi siya sulat kamay,wala talgang nakasulat dun sa sticks,blank sticks,naka balot kasi ng papel ung sticks eh,dun lang sa papel naka sulat ung DW,tpos tinanung ko kung anung tatak bago ko bilin,sabi DW daw,pero nag duda na ko,kasi 250 pesos lang,pero ok lang,nabili na eh,hehe

It's better not to assume that "sales people" know what they are selling but rather research on the item itself.. (not all "sales people" of course)

Recently, I visited a Lyric music store, and they now have DW's new "3" Drumsticks.  They cost about Php720 for a trio of sticks.

siguro ang nakuha nyang sticks eh johnny rabb kasi bumili ako dati sa lyric ng stick tapos nakasulat sa product code eh "dwstick P250".. i guess namisinterpret ito at inakalang dw sticks nga.. pero true na meron nang 3drumstick sa lyric store. i saw some sa sm megamall a month ago when i passed by. P740 yata for a set of 3 sticks.

magaling yung idea na 3 sticks kasi instead na bumili ka ng pair eh may extra ka pa kung sakaling mababali ang isa.. yun nga lang medyo may pagsuggest na bumili ka pa ulit ng isang set so youll have 3 pairs na match. medyo mahirap din yata gumamit ng worn out na stick sa isang kamay at isang new stick on the other. di ganun ka balanced hehe.

waaaaaaaa,galing ako ng sm north, lyric nung saturday march 1,2008,wala na ung sinasabi kong stick na dw daw pero walang brand n nakasulat,sayang,hinayang ako,un pa naman ang pinakafavorite kong stick,mura na,matibay pa,pero anyway wala din akong nakitang DW trio,siguro hindi ko lang napansin,puro johhny rabb lang nakita ko,hehe
