creatine works. it bulks you up, retains important nutrients your muscle needs when you lift and helps you stay in the gym longer.

yung powder form pinaka effective at mabilis. wala ng loading phase na kailangan. i used to take ONs micronized crea caps(2.5 grams each). pag loading phase, you have to swallow about 8 caps per day(5 grams per single take, before meals x 4) for seven days kahit walang workout. thats the loading phase. yung sunod na weeks maintain mo ng 5 grams na lang before workout.

meron ding mga whey powders na may micronized creatine na kasama. havent tried them though, mayaman ako noon and i chose to separate my supplements. yung kitchen rack namin noon parang botika sa dami ng supplements haha

pag nag creatine ka bawal ba uminom ng alcohol?

I'm planning to buy this ON Creatine Powder.. pero anu ka ibahan nya sa ON Micronized Creatine Powder..
meron pa ba akong kailangan inumin na kasabay ng creatine powder?  :-D

Edit: nabasa ko sa net.. mas madaling ma mix ang micronized.. so.. may pag kaka iba ba sa performance ang dalawa?

I'm no expert boss mozart pero nung nag take ng Creatine yung kakilala ko sinabihan sya na wag uminom ng alak.. kasi wala dn kwenta pag inom ng creatine.. nakaka dedehydrate ang alak.

Theres your answer. At di ako pala inom nung addicted ako sa pag gym noon. I would rather spend my money on gym stuff kesa ipang inom. Laki din ng nabawas ko sa yosi noon para lang gumanda breathing ko habang nagbubuhat o tumatakbo.

Kung well dissolved din yung regular creatine powder bago mo sya inumin, wala.

Nga pala, kung mag load kayo ng creatine at magpapa drug test kayo, ideclare nyo sa drug test form yan ha? Mataas yung traces ng creatinine na lalabas sa urine sample nyo baka makwestyon pa kayo. Ganun din sa ibang supplements na iniinom nyo.

nag start na ako ng dtp kanina.. kailangan ko na siguro ng creatine..
prang punupunit dibdib ko.. nararamdaman ko yung muscle pain nung 1st week ko sa gym.

rufino st. sa makati sa may 2nd level likod ng chowking.
wala masyado tao dun pag hapon at gabi.
mukang mahal nga lang dun

wala ko diet plan e. kung anu lang oagkain sa bahay.
 :-D pero d ako nakain ng junk foods, fastfood at softdrinks kasi d ko naman talaga hilig
pati sweets, icecream or even cakes

try a carb-heavy diet. gawin mong staple ang patatas o kamote sa bawat kain mo. tinapay o kanin din pwede.

para may idea tayo, bigay mo starting weight ng bench press o at ano na ang weight nya ngayon.

para may idea tayo, bigay mo starting weight ng bench press o at ano na ang weight nya ngayon.

okay lang ba kung beef + patatas + rice at gulay
nung nag start ako nung 2nd week ng january 30lbs bench press ko.
ngayon 80lbs, can go up to 90 depende sa kundisyon

update ko dito pag tumaas na timbang ko.. pipilitin ko na din maka tulog agad pag ka uwi ng bahay.. usually kasi nakaka tulog ako 4.30am or 5am
gising ng 11am.
mukang malaking factor din talaga yung puyat kaya d ako agad nag ge gain ng weight.

Depende sa tao yan pre. Di ako pwede mag exceed ng 6hrs dahil groggy ako pagkagising lagi.

Kung di ka makatulog after workout adrenaline boost yan. Dati may supply ako ng melatonin para antukin ako agad pag uwi.

If you seriously want to bulk up and gain strength, you should push yourself to be able to lift your body weight. In my case, I weigh around 170-180 lbs. I start my bench press at 140 then increment by 40 lbs. So sa second set pa lang, bodyweight ko na binubuhat ko. I do 4 sets of bench press and my last set will be at 240 lbs. Yun yung "piga" kung tawagin namin. First rep, ako lang then yun second rep may alalay na ng spotter. It took me more than 2 months to gain the bulk and strength I wanted. Carbs and protein diet ang kasabay.

60kgs lang ako paps.. pero I'll try your advice.. salamat  :-D
