SLASH!!! yeah he rocks!!! Siya ang reason kung bakit ako nainspire mag gitara in the first place, at un sunod sunod na.. Guns N Roses were my first Hardrock band and APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION will always be my #1 fave records of all time. Iba kasi ang dating ng solos ni Slash hindi teknikal pero my FEEL at astig ang dating.

haha...5 years ago 7K yan sa guitar center, ngaun 10K na! one could imagine how will his current sug lp would cost 10yrs fromnow...expect the plain tops to be pricier than the flame top because of its lower serial numbers

guys jst got my march issue of guitar world with the readers' poll in it :-D

slash ended up winning the MVP and best rock guitarist for 2007!
libertad meanwhile was the best rock album

tho these are just poll votes from readers and may not necessarily be qualified critiques, this is something slash fans should be happy with :-D

...one of the the only few guitarists that mattered to me. i took up the axe when i heard him on "welcome to the jungle" sa isang tape ng kaklase ko noon (late eighties yata). iba talaga ang dating nya.. yun bang may yosi sya, nag ri-riff tapos bagsak ang buhok,takip ang mukha at nakalabas lang yung umuusok na yosi. Damn!!! the coolest sight to behold. Sabi ko "pag laki ko gagayahin ko tatay ko"..este sya pala.

then napanood ko yung rock in rio. that was the turning point dumiskarte ako ng LP..the rest is history.
