i use to use remote desktop w/c is built in with winXP. you have to setup a vpn before anything else.

sa sobrang daming pasikot sikot... i now use gotomypc. much easier and convenient to use. AND ITS REALLY SECURED!

I personally use RealVNC. The free version is enough for my needs.

I tried Crossloop, too. It looks good, but there are a lot of confirmation boxes that the remote PC has to authorize. Not very useful for my needs.

And of course, if you merely want to share your files, there's also the ever-reliable foldershare.com.

  My IIS is "on". Pero parang yung IP na lumalabas sa http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/
is IP ng smart bro. Bka di po talaga yun yung ip ko baka iba pa. I tried www.no-ip.com
pero same lang IP ko na lumalabas dun so di ko na po talaga alam kung pede.

Yun talaga dapat ang IP mo kung Smart Bro ang naka-connect sa web server mo.

kung anong IP ang binigay ng smartbro sayo yun ang magiging IP ng webserver mo sa pc mo.

Kaya pag ibabrowse mo yung hosted site mo ang  magiging URL ay ex: http://125.60.241.125/index.html
