kung winxp yung os mo i restart mo tapos ipasok mo yung cd ng winxp me lalabas doon kung giusto mo mg boot sa cd press any key yon mg start yon sa cd tapos meron mga ilang system files na i download siya after that .... me lalabas na mga choices kung saan mo gusto ilagay yung bagong os (operating system)  normally sa c: siya tapos tanong siya kung gusto mo i reformat yon enter ka kung gusto mo fat o ntfs, ntfs siya at quick format ang choice normally ... sa xp pagkatapos noon tuloy tuloy na siya pero yung cd key eh importante.

make sure you know what you're doin. have every personal files and software backed up (docs, pics, vids, etc). also make sure you have the drivers for all your hardware (soundcard, video card,etc). if you're not that confident, best to leave it for someone who is.

kung wala ka win xp na cd, bili ka ng usb to ide cable tapos tanggalin mo yung hard disk ng pc na gusto mong format, then ikabit mo yung hard disk sa usb to ide cable mo isaksak mo yung usb sa ibang computer, pag nadetect ung storage mo dun sa isang computer, right click mo yung hard disk na gusto mong iformat tapos click mo yung format.

Para mag boot yung WinXp mo na installer, better go to CMOS Setup muna, set mo ang 1st boot device mo is the Cdrom or Dvdrom kung saan mo nilagay yung WinXp installer...better backup pla muna mga important files mo sa backup HD mo.

marami kaseng mga important apps na nabura dahil sa virus so gusto ko talagang ma erase lahat...

So it means...Format talaga, including the root HD. If you wanted it clean talaga...remove mo muna yung partition (if there's a partition) (Secondary partition 1st, 2nd the primary partition), you can create after that if you want to set a partition again, so its up to you, after that quick format using NTFS (for WinXp) the primary partition (if you made any partition of the root directory = C: ) then after formatting, derecho na sa installation yun...Read carefully on what's on the screen so you don't have to start over again. boot with your windows xp, then delete your existing partition, create a new one, format then install

basic formatting:
pag Windows XP:
pag bukas mo ng pc press del. to enter sa cmos setup.
siguraduhin mo na ang first boot ay cd rom
pag may cd ka na ng windows xp(fake or orig, pag fake mas maganda na kasma na yung sp2)
follow mo yung mga kaialngan gawin dun. pag restart nun tanggalin mo yung cd na.
mag iinstal na yun
pag branded pc(hindi assembled) isang cd lang ang drivers nun pag assembled, hiwahiwalay.
pag wala ka nung mga yun, usaully naman madedetect ng pc mo yung dirver. pag di talaga right click mo ang my computer icon at punta ka properties tapos hardware>device manager. makikita mo dun yung mga di nainstall ng maayos, may yellow question mark. check mo na lang kung anong hardawre yun at pumunta ka sa site ng manufacturer usually may mga dirvers dun pag wala igoogle mo na lang.
pag fake ang windows mo may lalabas sa taskbar mo na sinasabing fake yun. hanapin mo na lang sa net yung fix dun.

You can search it sa website depending on the brand of the video and soud card, but if its not supported anymore, search mo lang sa google or yahoo. Use dxdiag para malaman mo yung video and sound card mo sa pc. to access "dxdiag"...go to "start" then hit on run...then type dxdiag...papakita na yung kind of video and sound card ng pc mo on diff tabs. yep, bago format make sure you have all the drivers of your devices on hand (motherboard which usually includes the sound, LAN, usb, etc. dirvers), video graphics adapter driver, and others.
