Hello everyone, it seems only appropiate that I should have started here before posting something on MIDI. I am not a guru on the subject, but knows a lot on the PC side (set-up). Musikero po ako sa church, sa keyboards. Bale I got interested on MIDI because alam nyo naman po sa church low budget, so started with a basic keyboard then bought MIDI boxes (or so they are called.. Proteus FX, X5DR). I was able to assemble the MIDI breakout box, modified the design to my own. Of course the idea is from the internet, but the parts were modified to be universally fit with our Generic PC's here.
I have setup a lot of PC's with either a MIDI box and also keyboards hooked up to a PC. Some just over the phone, kasi when they got my MIDI breakout box hingi silang tulong.
Like everyone on this forum, GAS is my weakness. Ewan ko ba, nakabili na ng keyboard, bili ulit ng mas maganda at mas matindi.... huh... matinding bisyo ito....magastos
